    Have never feel so ashamed before .. worst massage experience for the masseuse there .. never going back there again .. and for goodness sake pls get your masseuse to learn English and not to discriminate others never go to this shop guys waste of time and money ..

    Just have a good massage session with Chanel. She is a very good masseur who understands what you want and attentive to your needs. Will visit her more often.

    Very very bad place cos they lie abt their pricing . I WeChat and made appt asked abt the price . Specifically said my appt is 1030pm and they said 1 hour $59 . Then when I rch they say oh night time got different pricing which is $89. That is 50% additional ! Very bad place that lies abt pricing and wasted my time and petrol and parking . Omg I’m so angry thinking abt it . Pls never come here !

    Lily presses really well, powerfully and to the point. Although she said she was the ugliest in the store, but massage, who cares how you look. Press well, press to the most important

    TLDR: Massage is decent, but not worth it. Definitely not going to come over again although it is 5 mins away from my home only.

    1. Paid for an hr, started at 9.55am and ended at 10.47am, in the midst, she left the room quite a few times, so I guess that speaks alot alrd.

    2. Paid for hot oil massage, but they did not communicate internally. When she entered she ask if oil was needed, in which I said yes as I paid extra for it. Not sure if she did hear properly, but she went out in which I thought was to prepare the oil. After coming in, she started to press without oil, which is normal. But after quite some time, I asked abt the oil. Then she went out and came back to start on the oil immediately. So…not sure if I got what I paid for.

    3. Atmosphere wise, the place is next to some construction area for now, which doesn’t bother me actually.

    4. But they have this glass panel on the door at eye level(did not see when I entered as the sliding door was behind the wall). While messaging I heard male voices, so definitely felt very uncomfortable when I realised that glass panel.

    5. Massage was ok, some pressue points were pressed some were not. Tension was released to a certain extent.

    Take time off to have a good destress and relax the body.

    This spa is accredited by CASE association.

    Cosy environment. Also got a room for relaxation.

    Booked Gi Gi based on good recommendation.

    During massage, Gi Gi is very friendly. She is not the quiet type. Her skills was also very good. She applied just enough strength to suit my comfort level.

    One point to take note, it doesn’t mean pressing hard is good for the body. One must know the limit or the strength in order to reap maximum benefits.

    Will definitely book her again.

    21 Mar 2022 Update:
    After the renovation completed in early this year, I finally made an appointment to visit the Spa again.

    The first impression given when I stepped into the counter, it was a cosy and calming experience. The whole place was well furnished with ambience that makes one feel very relaxed about the whole place.

    Next, when comes to booking, my regulars like Apple and GiGi were no longer around. This time I get to try out another messeur by the name of Lily.

    I must warn you. This lady is pretty, professional and skillful. Those who tried her will want to go back for more. Her massage skills are on par compared to my regulars mentioned earlier, if not better. There is no piano like massage skills. Lily was very attentive and considerate in every of her pressings on my body, neck and back. She will constantly checked with me on the pressure strength exerted.

    Overall, I have left the place as a happy person with my monies well spent.

    I will definitely come back more often to get a good relaxation massage to relief and de-stress myself due to the day to day work pressure.

    I have tried it before. The masseurs in the shop I visited in Singapore are very professional. Now they are renovated and the environment is very good. I will come often!

    之前有来试过，在新加坡我去过的店里这里的按摩师属于很专业的了，现在又装修了，环境也很好，会常来！
