    Beautician has a pair of soft hands which massages the face and shoulder comfortably. The micro-kneading treatment made my face fair and radiant. It is worth the value.

    Booked a lash lift through Fave. Beautician Xiao Ting was very gentle and the service was great, lashes look just as I wanted. She seemed to be the only lady running the place in this afternoon, so she jumped around different rooms and answered to clients. But I’m very impressed by the quality of the service and there is no hard selling- which makes me even more inclined to get the package.

    Signed up via Fave to try. It has since been a month and I’m still satisfied with the results!

    I have hooded monolids and my lashes grow downwards. Lash curlers and mascaras don’t work well for me. When I told the beautician my concerns, she understood what I meant immediately. I chatted with her and found out that she has many years of experience doing lashes, and I can see that clearly in her work. My lashes are CURLED and are finally visible from the front. My eyes look more awake as well. I’m writing this review a month after my lash lift. The lashes that haven’t dropped are still very much curled.

    I have tried lash lifts at other places before. Some managed to achieve good results as well, but at twice the price. Other places can’t lift my stubborn lashes as well as this place.

    No hard selling at all. In the end, I decided to get a package on my own accord, purely because I liked the results.

    The atmosphere was calm and serene, and Xiao Ting was friendly and welcoming.

    Before the facial, Xiao Ting asked me about my skin concerns and recommended gua sha facial that best suits my skin. My skin felt refreshed and rejuvenated after the treatment.

    Throughout the facial, Xiao Ting provided useful tips on how to take care of my skin at home. She was knowledgeable and passionate about her work, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

    Overall, I would highly recommend Velva Beauty for such a wonderful experience.

    Bought a Fave voucher to try out their lash lift and very happy with the results! I topped up $15 for the collagen treatment so hopefully it will last long. Great service by Xiao Ting who was gentle with my eyes and no hard selling at all.

    Their packages are also reasonably priced so would come back if this lasts well.

    I went last night to have my lash lift service there. I purchased a voucher via Fave app. Xiao Ting did a good job for my lash lift.

    The result was what i really wanted. She is very friendly and made sure that I feel comfortable during the session.

    There was no hard selling which I really like. The package she offered me is reasonable too but I declined first as I want to think about it and she was respectful with it.

    I highly recommend anyone who wants to try their lash lift service.

    (The shop and treatment table beds were clean and beautiful.

    I had a natural type design, and I’m satisfied with how well it lifts my eyelashes.

    During the treatment, she carefully asked if I felt any discomfort and made me feel at ease.)

    Thank you to Xiao Ting, a young lady who is so meticulous and professional in her work. Very friendly and approachable too. Bought a Fave voucher including touch up for lash extension and she didn’t cut corners both times I was there, even though the service was heavily discounted. Great location and cheap parking at holiday inn if you are driving there on weekends. Keep up the good work. Wish you a prosperous business!

    Did eye brow embroidery and it turned out to be very natural and amazing! Xiao Ting was very patient with me and constantly trying to calm me down since I was nervous about doing eyebrow embroidery for the first time. 👍🏽

    Did facial and lash extension. Xiao Ting is meticulous and provided very solid face and shoulder massage. Extraction was painless and I even fell asleep during the process. Eyelash extension was great too! Will definitely come back again.

    Extremely pleased with my first lash lift! I truly felt that I was in good hands under Xiao Ting. She is gentle, meticulous, and skilled, and frequently checked in with me. As plenty of others have mentioned, there was indeed zero hard selling, which made me very at ease throughout the session. Highly recommended!

    Coming here to post a review because I’m very satisfied with Xiao Ting’s service! Did lash lift and it turned out good, service was good and she was very friendly & polite as well — no hard-selling too. I didn’t get the package in the end because it’s a little too far for me, but on second thoughts I may return again for the lash lift and maybe other services too, maybe facial? She recommended food places nearby for me too after knowing I’ll be heading for dinner after the session. (PS I tried the restaurant she recommended, was good hahaha). Anyway overall very pleasant experience. Thank you!

    Clean environment, session took abt 1.5hr. Had good results. Gentle hand and would check on the me, eg how i feel and is there still glue residue at the end of the session. Gave option for package, enquired abit

    more. Overall nice place, and service too .
