    Colour with Jaieon – fantastic service and expert in her work! This was a second visit with Jaieon who is helping colour correct previous hairdresser’s …. exuberance?! Jaieon is helping me go from natural to grey in a series of colouring treatments. When she says ‘I got you’ and then delivers exactly what was asked for was a first! A hair colourist that listens! Thanks Jaieon!

    Classic BBO with Chue – excellent service and skilled professional. I am very particular with this treatment and Chue is very considerate and goes above and beyond to ensure I have the best experience every. single. time. Can recommend Trimmings for colour, cut, style & BBO – excellent stylists and great service.

    My first visit to the salon, booked for hair cut and toning service. The colouring went ok, but the lady hairstylist chue cut my fringe really short when i told her i would like it to be around my nose area. It ended up somewhat around my upper cheek.

    My daughter had her hair cut by Chue, and it was a job well done.
    Chue made sure my daughter was comfortable during the entire process, and she loved getting her hair washed/blow dried.
    Will definitely return 😁

    I have curly hair and after many disappointments I found Sean at trimmings and never left! He knows exactly how to manage my curls! He does my root color and highlights and never goes wrong. Sean is not just excellent at his job he is patient, kind and respectful. People at trimmings are great the service is excellent!

    I have been coming to this salon for nearly a decade, but it seems there has been a change in management direction such that there is no concept of graciousness and customer goodwill – terrible service highly not recommended when there are so many other great salons in the same vicinity.

    Sean is an absolutely amazing hairstylist. I have been dying my hair blonde the same way for years. He followed the formula I gave him… but pointed out how it wasn’t lifting the way I said I wanted it to. The next time I went, I followed his suggested method and I was INCREDIBLY impressed by how light he got me!! For the first time my roots matched the rest of my hair. He is an absolute expert and can be trusted to change up your routine to give you your dream hair.

    Mom tried the wash & blow ($55) and absolutely loved the experience. Before the shampoo, she was treated to a relaxing head and neck massage. After the wash, she had a shoulder massage before her hair was styled & blown dry. Definitely the place to go before the next family get-together. Basement parking at Tanglin Place Shopping Mall next door or a short walk from Tanglin Mall carpark.

    I was a client for a LONG time but left because I wasn’t satisfied with a number of things. Well today I was back, and Sean has converted me once again to a loyal customer! Amazing stylist, amazing hair colour and products, and a wonderful overall experience from the help of his assistant. I hope the owner of Trimmings treats Sean like gold – because he’s a great assets to the business!

    The salon had a relaxing and welcoming environment with friendly and smiley employees. Special shoutout to Chue and Xiao Pei for reviving my dry hair with the treatment. Young yet skilful and professional 🙂

    Had a WONDERFUL scalp and shoulder massage from Xiao Pei, and she and Benson did an excellent job with my blow wave!
    Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Singapore ❤️❤️

    I didn’t have a great experience with Benson-appauling client service (!). But Sean saved the day – very skilled, nice and did a great job with highlights and haircut.

    I’m on hobday in Singapore and really needed my hair coloured and cut. I am very grey/white, used to be brunette and I have curly/wavy hair which I like to straighten. I like to have some warm blonde colour, not ready to go au naturale yet. Sean was my stylist and he couldn’t have got the colour and cut more perfect. His blow dry technic was also amazing, no need for straighteners. The lovely young girl who washed my hair and did massage was very professional and what a treat. Did not expect this at all. Amazing experience, a lot more expensive than my usual back in Scotland but well worth it. Thank you so much Sean and the team at Trimmings
