    Dr Khoo is very friendly and patient – so you’ll never feel nervous or intimidated. When diagnosing and recommending treatments, Dr Khoo is straightforward but never pushy and she’s definitely not the sort to use scare tactics on patients. Her staff are also personable and warm. I’ve visited her for about half a year and have seen such a wonderful difference to my face! So happy I no longer look tired and saggy! Highly recommend!

    Dr Khoo is very approachable and very clear with her explanations. She will put in the extra effort to explain how did my pigmentation come about and she will give practical solutions. She does not hard sell any of the packages or products, only whenever I ask then she will brief me on the products I am interested in. After the first session, I could see my spots lightened and after a few more sessions, my pigmentation has reduced quite substantially.

    Her clinic assistants are very friendly and helpful. They will remind me in advance for my appointments and whenever I need to change the appointment, they will assist me promptly.

    The clinic is also very clean and has a welcoming vibe to it, which helps to reduce some of my nervousness.

    In the midst of many aesthetic companies, I would recommend Dr Tiffanie as she has the complete package of being a medical professional, the right methods and a sincere heart. No pushy and her methods work. Her prices are also most competitive and reasonable in the market within the peace of mind. Removed my worries and helped me so I’m grateful. Keep up the good work!

    My daughter bring me to Dr Khoo and to treat my pigmentation. It does lighten my pigmentation a lot and with her good service. I do recommend to try her service.

    Dr Khoo delivers results. She has made tremendous improvements in lightening my sun spots and I am very satisfied. My face has seen little to no breakouts since my first visits.

    Dr Tiffanie has been most patient, kind, professional! She gives the most honest and useful advice, even when it means she doesn’t earn from it! She truly has the welfare of her patients at heart! Her two assistants are the kindest and nicest! It’s always a very pleasant and relaxing experience here 🙂

    Was recommended by word-of-mouth to consult Dr Tiffanie regarding my acne scars. The team provides good care and I feel very comfortable with Dr Tiffanie. I appreciate that she isn’t pushy about treatments/ products and that she takes the time to patiently answer all my questions. And of course, I’ve seen improvements in my condition after the treatments.

    I also did a treatment to target pigmentation and my skin was really clear after that!

    Dr Tiffanie Khoo has been most helpful in treating my skin condition. She listens to my complaints and understand what’s troubling me. She then recommends a suitable treatment for me with the intention to make me better. She is not pushy in getting me to sign any package or unnecessary treatment or products. She doesn’t make it feel commercial and transactional. Rather she has my interest at heart. The clinic is conveniently served by public transport and located in Novena area. The clinic assistant is also very helpful and friendly. She would check on me after treatment and remind me to moisturize. Thank you all for your help!

    Dr Khoo is very patient with explaining all the medical terms and will suggest alternatives add on for faster effect. The nurses are very professional n friendly.

    The team at Tiffanie Khoo Medical Aesthetics clinic is professional, welcoming, patient and helpful. The treatments are effective and reasonably priced and most importantly they do not hard sell. I also really appreciate their operational efficiency, I never had to wait very long for my appointments, or spend too much time on any treatment. Highly recommended!

    I have been coming to Dr Tiffanie for various treatments for a few months and totally very happy with all the end results. Dr Tiffanie is very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly care about the needs of her clients instead of hard selling. She will not recommend anything that you do not need or comfortable with. Would totally recommend anyone to come here!

    I love Dr. Tiffanie and her friendly staff! I like that Dr. Tiffanie took time to understand my skin and was very professional in the prescription of the treatment.

    I have had a few sessions of Liftera about 6 months ago, and results are very good! Reduced saggy upper cheeks, sharper face and a pink sheen to my skin.

    The other treatments I like are Pico laser and the really hydrating Hydrafacial.

    Good price, great Doctor, down to earth team and fantastic results.

    I had a great Hydrafacial at Dr Khoo’s, which left my skin glowing after! The best part was that no extraction was needed; perfect for someone who is sensitive to pain.

    Professional service by Dr Khoo and her team! My face looks and feels so much cleaner and brighter now! The Rejuran injections and PICO laser were fairly painless as well. Highly recommended!
