    Went in to just do nails cause CNY price was steeper which was understandable but hygiene was TERRIBLE. The entire experience was uncomfortable as there was a roach on the seat, which they “swept” away before I start, therapist was washing her food utensils within the foot basin???? And then there was more roaches running around the pedicure equipment almost walked out halfway. Will not recommend to anyone. Nails therapist was also clumsy with her skills. Would have luck with those neighbouring shops. A lot to be improved.

    Did mani-pedi here for the first time & i did not like the service. They kept rushing & pestering me to choose 2 different colour bc the initial colour that i picked wasn’t available & so tht 2 ppl can work on it to get the job done fast (that’s fine) but I had to tell her off bc it was getting annoying with the rushing. The workmanship on my nails was horrible too. Uneven, messy and when they were trimming my cuticles, they cut it too deep. I was in pain and kept saying that it hurt and the staff raised her voice at me which baffled me bc i’m the one experiencing the pain & not her? Not to mention that my right toes wasn’t dried properly (she told me it was done btw) as it still felt tacky & the top coat was separated from my nail when i tried to wipe off the sticky residue. Never coming here again. Such a bad experience 👎🏻

    Never ever come to this scammy disgusting ugly owner shop, wasn’t communicated during the session when customer come back for Gel remover is chargeable, the lady who did for me mentioned if I come back to remove is FREE! Today the lady boss said it is chargeable just because I didn’t plan to continue taking a new gel services! Absolutely dishonest and cheating. Gone to other place to remove instead. If there is a -1 or -0 star i would have rate this shop too 🤣 oh yes and when i said i will post review online wanting to take her shop photo she rushed outside and try hitting my phone to make my phone almost fell it end up hitting my forehead and it hurts now she threaten to call the POLICE!l i left without wanting to argue with such low class person further. Guys please beware of this type of scammy shop as a ⛔️ warning!

    did my nails yesterday at their store via walk in for my graduation!

    quote me a super reasonable price. did ombre glitter nails!😇

    lady boss was super nice and everyone else.

    was not happy with my design and rechose a colour! they helped me to do again and it turned out the way i wanted it!

    thanks so much for fufilling my graduation nails ! will come again 🙂

    No shortcuts and the staff are extremely meticulous and thorough with their service. However, we waited more than 30 minutes despite having booked an appointment 2 days ago. Owner has a lot of awards. Therapists are Vietnamese.
