    We have a very pleasant body treatments today, thanks to the good services provided by Emily, Jenny and Yenn. We wish to compliment Emily for being so attentive and accommodative in helping us to arrange for our treatments– the schedules, the types of treatment and lotion. She also keep us updated on the various other services provided by Ultimate group. It is their attitude and service that make every visit an enjoyment and wanting to go again. Thank you very much!

    I had my back problem,Eileen is very professional consultant recommend therapist Yen do MTM body for my back,and I had do with Chinese physicians Dr Zhang treatment,my back pain had been treated.good!

    Did hair treatment for my split ends. Very good product. Hair feels smooth and luscious after just 1 treatment. To have repeated treatments for sustained results.

    Staff is warm and hospitable. Conversant with the hair condition and products. High-tech equipment and high-end products.

    Ambience is relaxing and welcoming. Nice entrance podium for customers to wind down when they arrive.

    Massage room is big and clean, although masseur somehow cut short my treatment time about 15 minutes this time, but after feedback to the Ultimate spa,their branch manager had responded and addressed my concern/feedback and immediately improved their service, will continue to use their massage service.

    Enjoyed my mandi lulur massage treatment, therapist Adelina was gentle and showed great concern for me throughout my 90mins. Been going to The Ultimate for over 15 years since it was first set up at the Shaw Centre and haven’t regretted since!

    The body masseur is very detail and experienced in massaging. I feel my body relaxing and quite painful in certain body points and jointing. After massage and meriden I can feel I will rest and sleep more.

    Went for a trial session. Very skilful masseur. Had a good 90min session that includes body scrub. And no hard selling too.

    The place has a good ambiance but the quality of massage is worse than a cheap massage parlor on the street sides. The masseuse did not understand English so I had to use my poor Mandarin. I had to ask for a stronger massage like five times because the massage did not feel like anything, and whenever I asked for more pressure, the masseuse gave me an attitude so I asked for a change, which she did not understand (or maybe she pretended). I really regret purchasing a package but I already fell for it. I heard the truely helpful massages are only at traditional Chinese medical clinics, but I have yet to try one.

    It was a pleasant experience! Problems were solved and improvements were made! Really recommend to try if you have any pains and sore! Thanks to Dr Lan, and will like to visit again!

    One of the worst and frustrating customer service I have experienced. Takes them forever to reply to whatsapp messages when booking. Also constantly pressured every session to renew, even when nowhere near the end of the package.
