    I love The Nailist! The place is clean, cheerful and bright, the services are professional and I’m always satisfied with their even coverage which lasts! There’s no hard selling, and the prices are reasonable for the excellent service. In particular, Jasmine always does a great job and recommends fun colours which compliment my skin tone. Had to do my nails elsewhere in Bukit Timah Plaza due to time constraints, and the difference is stark. Need to go back to The Nailist soon.

    Good! Just a little pricey during CNY, avoid if possible. I couldn’t but they did a good job.

    I had a pleasant experience here Nailist. Went down with my daughter for a pampering session and the staff attending to her were really patient with her. They made sure she was comfortable throughout the process.

    My gel mani and pedicure was nicely done too. Loved the nude color on my nails as recommended by the staff and tried a new color, coral as well.

    Prices are definitely affordable too. Its a little out of the way for me but I will definitely return! Highly recommended!

    Very thoughtful service that is speedy and done fast by Shan! I had classic gel ish pedicure in the comfort of the saloon. She advice me on the colors and did a trial for me! Thank you!

    They had slot for me on a busy weekend despite me having no booking. The staff was attentive, great and meticulous in giving me a pedicure. However, I felt like the place was very cramped.

    Great service no hardselling

    Place was packed but the staff were super efficient! They were also super light handed , didn’t experience any pain during the cleaning process, props to them. Will def revisit!

    Staff is very friendly and meticulous. I’m a satisfied repeat customer ? Do call in advance to make a booking because they’re usually booked.

    I always come to this place for my nails. Their team very professional. And, it’s at my house area ..just nice. As for the price all are reasonable

    I’ve been a client of The Nailist Raffles Holland V since they opened, and I often recommend it to friends and family as well. I would say that all of the regular therapists in this particular outlet do good work. However, special mention goes to Ms Quene, Ms Yi Wen and Ms Shan – they’re meticulous with their cleaning, filing and take pride in their work. They’re responsive to your feedback and a cheerful bunch in general. My wedding entourage also had their nails done here.

    The Nailist does not (hard)sell you packages or services so you can have your nails groomed as often or as infrequently as you wish. No stress.

    This outlet gets a lot of sunlight and feels bright and open (unlike their other two outlets that I’ve also visited before). It’s also an easy, sheltered walk from the MRT station.

    Prices are fair and may even be more reasonable than those in heartland malls (e.g. Waterway Point).

    Highly recommend.

    Reality: Occasionally, staff may be sent over from another outlet to ease the workload on an unexpectedly busy day – I’ve so had my fair share of not-so-fantastic pedicures by the occasional new/inexperienced/care-less staff. That said, I’ve had enough positive experiences here that I’ve made this my regular to-go for nails. Make an appointment and ask for your preferred therapist, if possible.

    First time in this branch. Made an appointment for Monday afternoon, didn’t manage to come on time. Hence, they still manage to assist me. Recommended nail spot at HV. Friendly Staffs. Thanks to Ms.Eunice , she professionally did my nails. Will be back soon. -Lei

    One of the better nail parlors in Singapore. Nothing fancy but the therapists are all consistently good across all their outlets.
