    Awful experience. Rude, careless and unprofessional. First I was laughed at for being an expat and choosing a classic pedicure, lady was loud continued laughing and shouting to friends whilst not paying attention to what she was doing. Resulted in a 1.5cm skinned gash on my foot from a foot file which bleed quite some. While she was apologetic, the experience was absolutely awful. This was my first pedicure in many many years as typically l don’t have time and what I thought would be a nice way to treat myself after a hard few months was a massive disappointment.

    Nice, comfortable and easy place to do your nails, I love when they do their job and you are free to go.

    Honestly kinda overpriced. I had extensions done with a basic ombré design and it was over $200, plus the extensions cracked and broke after only two and a half weeks.

    Speedy Gel mani was efficient with great customer experience while focusing on ecofriendliness.

    Selection of eco-friendly varnishes is good, shop is nice and cozy and they also provide headphones and an iPad if you’ve forgotten your own entertainment. Good value for money and a color that lasts until grow out. They are also gentle, no pain or discomfort at all. A+

    Love that they don’t hard sell here. Honestly the therapist here have good skills and never fail to do a good job. However, the place is very cramped. I will still be back despite the environment not being the most relaxing as the skills of the staff are amazing.

    I’m a regular customer at The Nailist at Raffles @ Holland V for many years and the experience has always been pleasant.

    I visited the Holland Road Shopping Centre branch today as the Raffles @ Holland V branch was full and this is the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever experienced. The Vietnamese therapists at this branch were extremely unprofessional and rough – the Vietnamese ?manager (whom I’ve seen at the Raffles @ Holland V branch before) applied way too much pressure during the removal of my existing gelish and callus, and her other staff who did the buffing of my toe nails cut the skin proximal to my nail fold (while using an old nail buffer).

    On top of that, the staff were chatting loudly even while serving the various customers. Would definitely not visit this branch again with such an unprofessional and unsafe nail service.

    Good service. Ladies are friendly enough but not too much. Always try to accommodate walk ins. Nail service is good.

    I had a classic pedicure and foot exfoliation. The staff was quick but attentive and did a beautiful job. I would visit this shop again.

    Both hand and foot nails were not shaped properly (mix of long and short nails), the two of the foot gel nails came off in just 3days. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I don’t think I am going back to this shop.

    I have frequented this place as long as 4 years from time to time and I have never leave this place dissatisfied because their art work is always on the point and awesome.

    So recently I went to another manicure place because of convenience for my wedding. But they did it terrible and kiddy job.

    As usual, at The Nailist did a fantastic work to salvage my nails and the service provided by Nana is 100 percent ✨ I came to realise not everywhere are the same and this will only be
    the only place I know I am in good hands.

    Classic manicure $25 on a crowded Saturday early evening. Trimming (square or round) filing base opi top coat. In less than 48hours, the sides are floating, not good at all.

    Love that there’s no selling of packages, extra services etc – they give you a stamp card instead. Also, it’s easy to do walk-ins without appointment during non-peak periods/hours. Very comfy experience always. Gels seem to last quite long for me too! Doesn’t peel off as easily as compared to some of the cheaper manis I’ve had.

    Cons is that it is pricier, paint jobs are slightly less detailed when it’s busy. Note also CNY surcharge of $20.

    Great value nail service. I go regularly for classic pedicure. Nice filing of skin, trimming and filing of nails, massage of legs before painting toenails. Always a consistent service and never have to wait. Lots of choice for colours.

    The staff was in a hurry. My nails weren’t even cut evenly initially. She just shaped it anyway, had to make her redo so many times. Very Bad service.
