    Ridiculously overpriced for what it’s worth. Thought that at least with the high price point the service would be good but i was mistaken. $45 for simple gel extensions removal is wild especially when the staff don’t care about your comfort (Asked the staff if she could be more gentle while filing my nails as my fingernail was hurting and she said there was nothing she could do about it and seemed really annoyed.) On top of this, $25 for two layers of clear (non-gel) polish after extensions removal is just insane. At least if your services are expensive please have good service. Visited on 25th Jan around 530pm

    Don’t usually do this but very disappointed in the service especially since i’ve been coming here for ages. Not only did i wait 15mins past my appointment time, the entire process was rushed and my therapist didn’t even give me time to dry my nails, before sending me on my merry way. I came back literally 3 mins later because the pinky toes were smudged (since they were not even dry to begin with) and she was out for lunch so the other therapist told me to wait for her, who in retrospect – could have helped her colleague solve the problem in less than 5 mins by repainting 2 nails but she didn’t.

    I waited for a good 15mins and asked the other therapist if she could just assist for a bit because it was just my pinky toes and i had to rush off for another appointment she told me she didn’t know the colour, which i told her i did and she just dismissed me and said i should just wait. When my therapist finally arrived, she didn’t even apologise but did assist to repaint and let me dry my toes longer to so it wouldn’t be smudged. At this point, a mere 45 mins session took 1.5h and needless to say I was late for my next appointment.

    I didn’t catch her name but it was a 3pm appointment at 30/11 for a classic pedicure if there’s a possibility to cross reference the roster to find out. I really hope you can relook into training/service to ensure a better quality of service for future customers.

    Love getting my nails done here! Have been coming for a few years already now. Great service and the team of manicurists here are dedicated, skillful and great at what they do! Will recommend!

    Love the service here! I always find myself coming back to find Jony and selecting the jelly colours that look so natural yet elegant… Even when the nails grow out, the colours still look so nice. Reasonable pricing and no hardselling as well, a plus point!

    Very bar experience. The person who did the Pedicure was watching tv most of the time, very slow n effortless. Not satisfied

    Staff was busy talking to another person and ignored our existence even when we were standing there for a few minutes. Staff seemed to be unwilling to serve us.

    When asked about the gel removal service, the staff declined to do because they are closing at 9pm and this service will take about 20 plus to 30 minutes. I was baffled as their list stated as 15 minutes and we were there before the closing time, and also the fact that the shop does not want to engage any business due to their “closing hour”.

    The attitude portrayed is poor and leaves us a bad impression. Very disappointing.

    Have been a loyal customer for so many years and every experience is a great one with Nail Status. Would recommend all their therapists especially Jony who is not only an expert with nail art but also lash extension. For those who have not tried them out or are looking to, highly recommended that you do. X100000 thumbs up ??????????

    Extremely rude staff. Seems like working there is torture to them, they seem like they don’t want to be there at all. Nail art was poorly done as well. Spend your money somewhere else!

    My first visit with them and I did soak off + gel pedi with them. I was very surprised to hear that they don’t do colour sample on customers. It didn’t help that their colour charts are taped down with protective tape – you really can’t tell the true colours.

    My daughter booked an appointment for 2 persons for Wednesday. However, when both my girls visited the nail place, they said there was no appointment made. My girl had to show them her call history as evidence. Then they asked my girls to go back 1 hour later. When my girls returned, they were asked to wait for another 30 minutes. I called to ask and the staff explained that they did not record down the appointment made on Saturday hence causing a jam up in appointments. We let it be and my girls went ahead to do the manicure.

    For one of my girls, the outcome did not match the picture shown to the nailist. The base colour was totally wrong. For my other girl, the nailist had to attempt 3 times on 1 nail but still didn’t manage to rectify it as the design was lopsided.

    Firstly, appointment made was not recorded. Secondly, nail art was done wrongly. Thirdly, there was no service recovery at all.

    A suppose-to-be pleasant experience turned out to be an unpleasant one for my girls. Moreover, they were using their angpow money to pay for the session. They were so Disappointed 🙁

    Thumbs up service to the team. Jony has been doing my nails and lashes for years. she is very accommodating to my time and has always provide tip top service. Highly recommended.
