    I am a regular costumer for 2 years plus and I enjoy every single visit. The ladies in the studio are super friendly and warm. You can watch Netflix on a tablet. Every customer gets a refreshing towel at the beginning of the service. The studio is very clean with separation between every customers and the interior is beautiful and suits the vibes.

    I love going there. The service is excellent too! The ladies have a good eye for details and the nail art is certainly an eye-catcher.

    Nail Social is a wonderful nail salon. I really love that they are a social enterprise, but beyond that, I really enjoy their warm service. The staff are always so friendly and willing to let me try different nail polish colors so that I can make up my mind. Service never feels rushed and I always feel that I have time to let my nails dry before leaving the salon

    absolutely love the ambience of the place. from the comfortable seatings to the provision of entertainment like Netflix. however, the main reason as to why i’m writing this review is to commend manicurist Tabby. She was very accommodating during my visit. i was struggling to get some things done prior to leaving the salon but she was steadfast in offering assistance. As my nail polish hasnt fully dried, she even came to my assistance by helping me paste my plasters on the blisters of my feet. During this process, i ruined the nail polish twice and both times, she was very patient in reapplying them again. Will definitely come again to this nail salon. Highly recommended.

    Thank you for the lovely gel mani/pedi, Fyza and Bridget. It was so relaxing and you guys were so meticulous. Gorgeous and dainty nail art was also executed perfectly.

    Was a little concerned about the one star ratings they had – but the staff’s friendliness and care put me at ease. Nice to Netflix and chill with the complimentary ?. Kudos to tabi for the nail job.

    Booked the Luxe Spa for my mom, sis and I.

    It was a nice and relaxing experience, the nails came out nicely too. I was served by a lady with shorter black hair and even though she works a little slower than the other 2, she is gentle and really takes the effort to make sure the nails are done nicely.

    1 star off because my sister’s polish ended up quite uneven after it was dried.

    Quaint little place. Great vibe. Relaxing and comfortable. Great care and service by the ladies. And as a bonus it is social responsible too. See you ladies again soon!

    Gotta say the individual ipad for Netflix was a brilliant move- super unique and love that they do have a divider between seats to cater to clients with privacy preferences. On top of that, it was sufficiently spacious. Did the scrub service and it was quick and efficient!

    My sister on the other hand booked for a treatment which she thought would be what she needs but the lady that served her was super informative and assured her that she didn’t need the treatment and actually talked her through it which we sincerely appreciated.

    Ambience was 10/10, would definitely come back again to try other mani/pedi services.

    We were so immersed in the experience we failed to catch the names of the ladies that served us, but thank you so much for the amazing first experience.

    First time here! The team were professional, patient and clean. My manicurist was Tabitha and she was extremely gentle with my nails and so patient with me (she swabbed 3 bases for me to see which one I liked best). She also managed to replicate the nail art perfectly! Thank you Tabitha!

    Got my Gel Extensions done here, it was my first experience so I was kinda nervous, and I was so awkward but Tabitha was so sweet and welcoming that I instantly relaxed upon talking to her. Thank you so much for listening and for answering my questions! I didn’t catch the name of the lady doing my friend’s nails but thank you too for the nice chat and for entertaining our requests! Tabitha was really skilled and sculpted the nails so quickly, the whole process was 3 hours long but time just flew past there, it was so comfy that I didn’t want to leave my seat. The shop at Haji Lane was super bright and airy with comfy chairs and had a cool Netflix playlist, plus they gave us a cute candy cane for X’mas as well, will definitely visit again if i ever want to pamper myself! Merry X’mas to everyone there and all the best!

    I have been going to the Nail Social on Haji Lane for many months now, and to me it’s the best one in the Central area. Every one is very diligent and takes good care to ensure customers have a good experience. I like that that there is no unnecessary chit chat and of course no aggressive cross-selling of any kind! Highly recommended for those who just want a relaxing mani/pedi.

    Nice cosy place, good customer service and enjoyed the facilities ie Netflix. The only downside was it was quite warm on the top level.

    I have been to this nail salon at least 4x, and each time my experience has been worse than the last. What I do love is the location and the online booking system, but once I get there, the service is really appalling. There is absolutely no customer service to speak of. No one seems happy to work there, and the vibe feels almost toxic. As much as I keep wanting to support this social enterprise, I will not be returning anymore.

    Easily booked a signature pedicure on their website today itself for 630pm. Arrived an hour early to ask if they could fit me in earlier and they were kind enough to do so!

    I was attended to by Bridgette with no complains. She was kind and welcoming from the start, meticulous with my pedicure and provided me such a relaxing time. It was the first time, I was able to completely relax and switch off after giving birth and being 4 months PP. she made my feet so pretty! Will definitely be back and highly recommended ❤️?

    Had a lovely time here and left with pretty feet! My nail tevhniciam was gentle and meticulous. The salon itself is quiet and qell-appointed with comfy chairs and iPads. Extra points that it’s a social enterprise!
