    Pros: Cosy place, nice soothing music, lash artist was gentle and fast. The way the lashes were stick on is great, as it does not affect the natural lash or cause them to drop.

    Cons: Didn’t like the way they hound me down when I was late. While I understand the reason and importance of punctuality which affects their back to back appointments, but the way they handled it was pretty distasteful. Upon reaching (just right on time of the grace period) I did not felt welcome and there was a slight hostile feeling just because I didn’t manage to be on the dot. Dont quite like the effect of the final outcome. Not to my liking. I guess it was because they did not try to find out what look I prefer and I felt rushed to just get it started ASAP. Prices quite steep especially for touch-up.

    Recommended only for those who have the luxury of time to get there on time.

    I did lash lift and misty brow with Claire, she was professional throughout and the entire process was totally comfortable. I am very satisfied with the results as well. Highly recommended!

    Lily is very patient to my queries and doubts as it is my first time going through the Hyper Realistic Brows. She always checks in on me to ensure that the procedure is smooth and painless. I am very thankful to her and looking forward to engage Lily again on any follow up if required.

    I did my lashes with Claire and brows with Lily.

    Claire was v professional and I felt comfortable with her and her suggestions. The 2D lashes feel light and I hope it holds up!!

    Lily was the sweetest thing ever and very patient with all my queries. She’s so gentle and will take your preferences into consideration before crafting the look. I’m so happy with how it turned out as I had precious eyebrow embroidery I wanted to cover up.

    My 2nd time doing lash extension with Claire and I’m super happy with the result! I don’t have natural thick lashes but yet Claire can make my lashes look so full and the eyeliner effect is prominent. Lashes feel weightless its so comfortable to wear. Thank you!!

    Both my mum and I did ombré misty brows with Lily and we are very satisfied with the results. Lily was attentive throughout and gave very good recommendation with regard to brow shape and colour. Would recommend Lily’s services!

    Did a 6D and it looks like a 1D cockroach legs. The lash quality looks synthetic and the shop does not even look like a high end place. Their beds are uncomfortable not padded. All their advertising making it look we are getting what we paid for but definitely not. The lash photos they put up online don’t be deceive as that is not what you be walking out looking like. Oh and the hustle for review, give them a good review and they will offset money for your next visit!

    I did my brows with Lily! she made the whole experience so comfortable and she’s so gentle!! i like that she gave her own input, she consistently checking if i’m alright, checking if i’m cold etc. she explained the procedures really clear! highly recommend her! well done!

    This is my second appointment for Ombre mistry brow with Lily, i love her art work and how she pay attention to every detail and she is very gentle.

    I will recommend her to anyone who is interested in doing brows. =)

    Very disappointed because almost all the lashes dropped after less than 2 weeks. Its now the 3rd week and one eye is completely bare while the other has only a few strands left. I paid 110$ and touch up would cost another 70$. From the price and the reviews, I expected more.

    have been going to Claire to do my lash extensions for quite a long time now. i never fail to fall asleep because she’s so gentle! and i enjoy our little chats whenever i come in. highly recommend to do your lashes with her!

    Did my brows with lily at international plaza and she is awesome. Very precise very professional and dedicated. She knew exactly what she’s doing and she’s good at it. i cld rest my mind in peace knowing that she will shape my eyebrow perfectly. Most appreciated to lily ! Highly recommended !

    Did my ombré brow embroidery here, it’s my second time embroidering and I felt like it wasn’t as great as my first experience under another studio. I did not go for the touch up as I felt like it was too pricey. Other studios usually include the touch up under the package so when I learned that we needed to top up $190 for the touch up, I chose not to go for it.

    My brows have since faded off and now I still have to use brow pencil to enhance the shape of my brows. Will be going back to the first studio I went to next time.

    My mother came with me too and her brows are slightly uneven, one side is slightly thicker than the other side.

    Their prices are really competitive compared to other studios but for something semi-permanent, I’d rather pay more to get a better job done.
