    My therapist is Ms Joanne Chong. She is very detailed and gentle. I like her alot. And she never pushes me to buy or sign packages. I feel very comfortable with her. The place is nice and clean. It is also quiet and peaceful, I tend to knock out during facial (Unlike the HQ, which is always noisy, I tend to get awoken up by the noise.).

    I came here for a Pico Laser trial and had great results! I didn’t have serious pigmentation issues to begin with, so I just needed the 2 trial sessions to significantly lighten my pigmentation. They are barely visible now. I also signed up for a package for my skin texture and pore concerns – it is definitely a commitment to sign on for 5 sessions of CO2 Laser but no regrets! So far I’ve gone for 1, and results have been amazing! My goal is to be able to go foundation free and still look like I’ve got great skin and it feels like I am getting there. Dr Goh Yao Yu is very patient and communicative, and knowledgeable with answers to my questions as well. The clinic staff especially Vicky are also friendly and easy to talk to.

    Had my treatment at DRx and have been seeing great results! No need for cosmetic to hide my flaws anymore. And I love Dr Samuel! Very professional, and recommends very good treatment plans. He doesn’t just laser with a single type of laser but uses a variety based on what your skin needs and at different target areas. there’s also something in the way he talks that makes me feel at ease too.

    My friends have been receiving treatment here and recommended to me. Dr Samuel explained well the process and risks. I felt comfortable in my first trial. Consultant Sun suggested to me arrangements suitable to my need.

    Delighted to booked my facial session at the DRx PLQ branch – the vibe surpassed my expectations compared to other locations. No pushy sales, and Vicqy’s assistance in offering great packages with explanations on various treatments was fantastic. In terms of the treatment, Stephanie’s facial skills were impressive and I felt completely at ease. Certainly planning on returning!

    I’ve been their loyal customer for more than a year and still renewing my package with them cause they are one of the BEST in Singapore! Specially mentioning Joyce (from Tong outlet), Joanne and Joey (from PLQ outlet) for their 5 star services. They provide advices based on your skin condition and will even customise the most suitable package for your needs. Not to forget my favourite doctor, Dr Sam! Definitely one of the most gentle and caring person, super detailed and attentive to my skin condition and always produce WOW results. DRx is lucky to have such great talents like y’all and I’m blessed to have met good consultants and doctor that makes my skin glow everyday!

    Sep 2023:Came here appointment waited 1.5 hours for my turn.

    Dec 2023: booked 1130 am. Seriously they asked me to come on time I arrived 1120. The doc didn’t attend to me till 1210pm. What the point of booking me on time and waste my 40min or waiting ? As much as u want me to arrive on time, waiting 40 to 1 hour for treatment is ridiculously. I had feedback but they said they have customer n all..then it really a problem of you managing your customer’s schedule.

    A simple laser was 1?4 hours.

    I give zero star.

    Very friendly and helpful staff – Vicky and Mavi! They have been very helpful and patient to all my queries and made me feel very comfortable, especially Vicky. Dr Goh fed me a lot of information and gave a thorough assessment of my skin before proceeding with the treatment. All in all, my first laser treatment was a blast ♥️ I will be back!

    Today I wanna share this coz I’m so happy with my second visit of H2O activator skin booster and Sylfirm result at Drx Plq. Thank you Dr Sam for your patience and caring to fixed my face and also not forget to thank you Vicqy for your recommendation of the treatment. I’m really looking forward for this treatment improvement and now my face were so much glow and my rosacea apple check was so much better. Thank you and I’m truly recommended yall to give it a try with them, cause some clinic not only about treatment but value.

    I love clinic service is excellent.

    Doctor Goh give honest advice and opinion. He is very gentle with the treatment.

    Pinky is very resourceful and helpful in advising us what is suitable, not pushy but very practical. Packages are affordable.

    Overall, the outlet is clean and service staff are friendly! Do come to the clinic to try!

    Been with DRx from Tong Building and shifted my package to PLQ.

    They are not pushy with sales, treatment has been good. Had Pinky as a consultant today and she is very helpful and patient.

    Dr Goh is also good in explaining the various treatments for the skin concerns that I have.

    Went in for a 1st consultation; the team was professional & attentive to what my expectations are, esp Vicqy & Dr Sam. Both patiently explained what each treatment can do & what might not address my needs. Nothing pushy too; overall great vibes.. My 1st Sylfirm treatment looks promising too!! The convenient location is a huge plus!

    Transferred my package from Tong Building to PLQ outlet. The PLQ outlet is much smaller and therefore less crowded and felt more personable. Consultant Ms Feline as well as Dr Samuel were both very patient and detailed in explaining the various treatments suitable for my skin condition. Dr Samuel was also very gentle and meticulous during the treatments knowing that I have extremely sensitive skin. Overall a very pleasant experience and will be back for sure!

    I did Bio Cell Facial at Drx PLQ. I enjoyed the facial treatment and also the improvement in my skin. The staffs are friendly and my beautician did a wonderful job. All services provided are very good and relaxing.
