    One good relaxing experience. Ambiance is so nice too. A one stop shop for face treatment and body bojin. Served by Ivy, Cindy and Pei Pei. Totally pampered by all of them. Would recommend anyone who likes a good spa experience In a convenient location.

    I’ve been serviced by Ivy and Cindy since 2018, when they were still at the Orchard Rd branch.

    Cindy always proves her skills by easing my stubborn knots through their Bo-Jin service.

    I’ve always leave their place feeling refreshed!

    I have been going to Supreme QX since pre Covid. I love the bojin massage done by Cindy. It really help me relieve my aches, etc.. She’s friendly and has an amazing smile:) Not forgetting Ivy, she always welcome me the brightest smile (I know we are all wearing mask) but you can see it from her eyes. Great experience, can’t wait for the next session with them. Thank you so much:D

    Poi poi is the best facial therapist ever!!! Her magic hands mould my face to 1/2 size smaller & firm after her facial therapy!!!! My skin condition improved alot!!!
    Ivy has been very very sweet and frequently keeps me informed of all the good deals!!!
    Been getting only the best service from both of them since pacific plaza days!!!
    Miss the pacific plaza location though… so much more convenient & feel more atas than current location in Bishan.

    I’ve been with them since 2016 when they were at the Orchard outlet. I’ve been with Fanny/ Ivy for 6 years as of today and am very satisfied with their services.

    Have been with QX for almost 5 years at their Orchard branch before moving to Bishan this year.Really love the attentive and friendly service they provide Especially my therapists Ivy(facial) and Cindy(body massage), totally love the pampering they give me all these years and help me maintain healthy skin and complexion. Was really grateful to Ivy who saved me on multiple occasions during my pre wedding days and I was breaking out from all the planning stress and ensured that my skin was in tip top condition during my wedding. It is the kind of place where you can really trust your therapist for quality treatments and even become friends with them over the years :))

    Love the service provided by Ivy and Fanny. Professional, skillful and nice massage. I usually go for eye and face bojin, I’ve certainly benefited from the treatment and have renewed my package for a few times. Highly recommended!

    Many thanks to Alice (eye treatment) and Cindi (massage) for providing excellent services for each visit. I also want to commend Ivy and Nicole for patience and clear in explaining the services offered.
    However, after renovation, the deco looks messy (complicated patterns and colours). The room that I had massage looks like bird park!

    I greatly enjoy my facial treatment here and looked forward to my next session as it’s a place where I can rest and get re-charged and feel rejuvenated after each session. Staff Nicole, May, Alice, Joanne, Pei Pei, Yin are very attentive, warm and friendly. Always welcoming guests with a smile and making sure we are comfortable and ensuring we have a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

    I have been with supreme q.x for quite a number of years and still going back frequently for facial and massage sessions. Ivy and Fanny are always my go to facial personnel bringing my each session feeling refreshed. And recommend Cindy for the massage, esp deep tissue massaging.

    My experience at Supreme Boutique is so great, everyone is nice and friendly. Especially therapist Cindy and Ivy are so patience to explain to me the options that i have before i made my decision to choose my treatment. The new renovated spa in bishan is a awesome place. Overall i am a happy customer and will continue to have treatment here.

    Came here to day to do my Bojin by Cindy. After doing felt my body so good & relaxing.
    Also hv my facial by Alice. Alice was so gentle & caring. I like the services rendered by Nicole & Ivy as they are very friendly & professional?

    Visited Supreme QX boutique spa last friday evening. Both managers, Ivy & Nicole are very welcoming. They are so friendly and nice! Went for the 45 mins Eye Bojin treatment- Rose Cystal treatment. My therapist Xiaoxue was very meticulous and she pays attention to details, asking me if her strength is alright and if I need anything else. Overall it’s a very pleasant experience and I enjoy myself thoroughly. Thanks again Ivy & Team!

    I have been going to Ivy for Bojin (at Pacific Plaza) for about 2 years already. It relaxes the facial muscles and brightens up my eyes each session. Ivy is always superb in her service and attentiveness during my facial with her. She also advises me how to use the products appropriately.

    Subsequently, I brought my 13 year old daughter to try a facial session. This time with Fanny who did a really good job to remove the black heads on her nose. My daughter loves the session.

    Ivy has since moved to the Bishan outlet so whoever gets her to attend to them will find her services invaluable. Love ❤️ her

    My husband and I have been patronising QX for close to 10 years and we are truly impressed by the service provided by the various therapists (i.e. Alice, Xiao Qing and Winnie). They were very professional and through their services, we were able to eliminate our issue with “frozen shoulders”. The Manager, Nicole, is also very approachable and will only introduce treatments that are essential to our conditions. She does not hard sell products/sessions.

    Excellent customer service from manager Nicole for skin and hair consultation. Awesome service from therapist May!
    Always patient and takes the time to explain the different treatments and products! After care service is excellent as well. Always a text away for home care tips.

    I went to the newly renovated Bishan outlet. The place is very beautifully decorated and I have never such as decorations.

    I tried the body bojin by Cindy. It is so relaxing and body feels relaxed. The face bojin by Fanny is also very good. Recommended. The consultant Ivy is patient in explaining the right treatment g the or you.

    Have been using this facial services since I was a student, I especially love Xiao Xue service. She has been doing eye bo jin and facial treatment for me and effect is good.
    I especially love the revamped shop decor. Ivy is also a nice consultant who advise accordingly on the facial treatment required.

    They have provided excellent services for facial and body massage.

    Fancy is a great therapist who is very proficient and really good at her job.
    Other therapists are great too.

    The ambience is peaceful and decoration is cute and fancy.

    I used to dislike going for facials but for the past year I have been consistently going to QX Supreme Bishan outlet, especially thanks to Xiao Xue! She has regained my trust in facials and I am now trying to take better care of my skin. She is really great at what she does and I really enjoy my facial appointments with her ☺️
