    Hazel was very professional and help eased my anxiety prior to session. She is very knowledgeable and friendly! Won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    Had my first Brazilian virgin and wasn’t how it was going to go but my sugarist, Daphne, made the whole experience very comfortable and quick ! Have booked for my next appt and looking forward to a cleaner and brighter 🙊 Am enjoying the aftercare products she recommended therefore would purchase the full sizes when I’m back again (: the place was definitely very comfy and cozy with very clean rooms and toilets as well!

    been to sugared a couple of times, and this branch in particular once. each time has been lovely pampering experience ☺️ the layout and ambience is always nice, and the staff are kind.

    What a game changer in waxing! Honestly wish I had known about this place years ago as I love the process and the finish. No horrible pain and residual stickiness – wholly recommended!

    I have been on this sugaring journey with Daphne for almost 2 years and counting. I always look forward to my monthly grooming session with her. The hair on both my underarms and legs grew slower and softer. And’I’ve also introduced my sister to join me on this sugaring journey with her (good things meant to be shared).

    One more thing: The sofa is just so comfortable and nice 💛

    Always enjoy every session here with Daphne! Experienced, yet friendly.

    Counter staff are friendly and approachable too ☺️ overall, a comfy and relax place to have some “me-time”!! Highly recommend.

    every time i visit, i’ve always had such a pleasant experience! the ladies at the reception are kind and welcoming. My sugarist Mia is also really great at making me feel comfortable, and she’s very fast without making the experience painful. the location of the outlet is convenient as well 🙂

    I would like to compliment Missy who was my therapist yesterday.

    If she didn’t tell me that she is a trainee, I wouldnt have known at all as She was very professional during my session and ensured that I was really comfortable as it was my first time trying sugaring.

    For someone who has low pain tolerance and is always in pain whenever I do my eyebrow threading, the whole experience was really pleasant and wasn’t painful at all I’d give it a 2/10!!

    Have been Sugared by Daphne for 3 years and counting, she’s a very experienced sugarist. Nice to talk to, very fast and professional. It is painless compared to normal waxing and epilating. Happy to continue further!

    My sugarist Liyana is super friendly and she makes every session of mine so comfortable! Colleagues over at the reception are always welcoming clients with their bright smile! Also appreciate that at times I have to reschedule my slot! Kudos to team at River Valley!
