    Most of them can’t speak English, could hardly make an appointment due to language barrier! (Only ONE front staff can speak in English!!)

    ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE.

    How can you expect your customers to speak in Mandarin only?

    What a waste of time. Do consider before signing up any package!

    Bad experience and they did hard sell. Refuse to refund my payment though I told them I’m not interested to sign their package. Told them I prefer to exchange the remaining amount with products but they refuse. Not willing to refund the balance and kept asking me to book their facial service. Unscrupulous sales tactic. Truly disappointed.

    Avoid at all cost. One star because of 1 good masseuse there. In my opinion the staff are rude and very hard to book appointments after i have paid the package in advance. I was going to refund but they asked for me to keep my package and said they will give me free this and that… never received any. The manager in Ion i think her name is Angie is rude and very unfriendly (maybe to foreigners like me). Just go to Natureland and pay even less with more friendlier staff.

    Update Jun 2023:
    They changed the team of people without informing customers. Missed about 4 months of my sessions. Then the new team called for appointment. Just keep upselling even when i told them “it’s okay”. Lowkey want to highlight that the previous team upsell packages is useless and want me to sign for even more expensvie packages. ?

    I have been Spacio customer for more then 10 years!

    It was at first the company was not names: “TCM Spacio Clinic” Way back in 2000, it was a beauty Solon located at Toa Payoh Central.. when I first signed up it was quite ok for facial and massage business but after few years later they closed their Toa Payoh branch and relocated to Orchard Road Exchange for a short while less then a years if I am not wrong. Rename their business as “TCM Spacio Clinic” and transferred my package to their new location. As a loyalty customer, I eventually being hard sell into their so call “many different promotional packages”which I fatefully followed up with one of their in charge staff, Ivy and promised to look into my package if anything I can look for her..But god know she left the company without any knowledge and I was hanging in the air looking for new staff to settle my outstanding packages.. worst still no one follow up with me on my issues and many times I have called Spacio for outcomes of my case and I was told that they will arrange a new in charge to look into my case. Alas!! I waited and waited for their reply but no show until I threatened to expose them to FB.. Finally my case was handled by their one of their new staff, Jessie which manage to put everything in order for me again..and she built my trust to continue after my old packages finally utilised and sign-on new package with the “10 power facial treatment (bojin face and eyes bojin milia seeds remover) for $2388, 7 sessions) in March 23 but each time I try to call up for appointments either no response at 62623737 or 63393886 which is clearly state at their business card. As of today I still haven’t use any sessions yet. Tried going down to their orchard branch on 11/05/23 at 16.00 hrs and managed to speak to one of their new in charge and she told me she is not aware of my package signed. So I was asked to look for Jessie and was also told she has left the company sometimes back. Now I am very frustrated with their staff poor attitude and not professional in handling such case and was to to call their administration for settlement which I did in front of the new in charge Ms Zhou today.

    I strongly wanted to get my full refund for my unused package signed since March and have explained in detail to the admin staff, Joanne promise to look into my case as I can no longer use it for now till my both eye’s fully recovered due to operation needed.

    I hope after all this nightmare I don’t want to have anything with this Spacio Clinic as they only want to hard sell.. after that no quality service delivered.

    I make sure to get my full principles amount back otherwise I will not hesitate to go on to have my case settle amicable.

    It’s shocking how the service standard differs from outlet to outlet despite being under the same company and presumably same training. 1) I appreciate the effort to confirm my appointments via WhatsApp and accommodating to my changes. 2) Beautician Elle’s amazing and I don’t just give compliments loosely. Everything’s great, but most importantly, she’s genuine and warm.

    Not sure if I’m getting better treatment due to my complaint for the Bugis’ outlet, but my experience is much better. I haven’t had an up-sell experience so far in this outlet.

    I ended my session with Yuki the manager assuring me that they‘ll upkeep their service standards and I’d always be welcomed back to their outlet.

    Experienced Jeannie’s massage session today at Ion branch. Very skilful and experienced. She knows the meridian points well. Felt she massaged just right at my sore points. No Hard selling. Very friendly salesperson, Nic.

    Massue Jess, is very knowledgable and skillful. Too bad for Jess working in Spacio has a very bad customer service. They even remitted wrong fund and i have checked with them is it their amount before i refund them but they did not reply. And i even need to call dbs to check who is the sender and return them back. That how Spacio works? More than 1 incident happen. Even the compensation due to medication also pending till today. Overall tcm massage good just management skill cannot make it.

    Just had my treatment done! Today I should said I enjoyed the session as Jess is very experience , friendly & well explained. I met Yuki, the manger after the session, friendly & caring. Not pushing products or packages! This the service I’m looking for! Thx.

    I had my treatment done by Amy today. She is an experienced therapist who is also very knowledgeable. I am happy to be attended by her and Yuki the branch manager is also very friendly.

    29/10/2022 second visit ion spacio consult their tcm doctor for a accupunture and after doing the treatment I felt my left arm was not aching and also Jess to treat a persistent pain behind my left shoulder blade, like a very tight knot which can sometimes become numb when I press it. I’ve had this pain for more than 2 years, probably due to poor office work posture.

    When I made the appointment at TCM, the process was smooth and fast. Therapist was assigned as my masseur and
    she worked on my problem area using deep acupressure massage for an hour. The pain is now gone, and it’s been more than a month without the pain.

    Today I went for my second visit due to tightness and pain in my neck. Again Jess Thon did a good job to release the muscle tautness. She very knowledgeable and experienced in TCM and uses very deep acupressure massage to work on problem areas which is very effective. She speaks fluent English (which is great for me as I can’t speak fluent Mandarin) and she asked several questions to first understand my problem before starting work on the targeted areas. So if you’re looking for a good masseur who can knead your pain away, do ask for Jess Thon –

    Been there 3 times, massages are not bad, but the middle-age reception lady is easily defensive and aggressive. Contact her every time is a bad experience. Still have 7 times left but want to refund for membership already ???

    First time Jesse massaged for me, it was really good so I got a membership card. The second time I asked for Jesse, she’s not here anymore, and they told me she’s back home not sure for how long. So feeling tricked and not happy with it.
