    Fantastic we had a couple massage session and it was a bit more of a therapy than pure massage where we were told or advised how to take care of our bodies better the way we sit in an office how we stand etc.

    This was not a 5 star hotel spa experience. I booked the one hour Signature Massage which translated to a kind of oily back rub. Beginning with the standard waiver was hopeful, as it included questions regarding areas of focus and firmness of massage. Despite this neither if those requests was fulfilled. The massage was not firm and my neck and shoulders were virtually ignored. Beyond this the room had ample street noise above the music level, it was freezing cold ( it was fine when I entered but was frigid to be nude in), the hot stones used felt virtually on fire, and save for a nice scalp massage the rest as stated lacked pressure and really just rubbed in oil. I love a good massage and will go again next month (while still living in this hotel) but even with services 15% off for guests and convenience of the location it will not be here.
