    Loved my facial session! The place was super clean and calming, and my therapist was so kind and gentle. I left feeling refreshed and pampered! Best part, no hard selling!

    I honestly cannot believe how unprofessional Sothys Premium Salon is. I made an appointment over the phone for 7:00 PM today, which they confirmed. I went all the way there, only to be told they were fully booked, as if my appointment never existed. Not only did they waste my time completely, but they also didn’t even bother to contact me beforehand to inform or rearrange.

    What kind of “premium” service is this? If you can’t even manage your own booking schedule, don’t call yourself a premium salon. Zero accountability

    This is my first time experiencing an unprofessional service. I purchased a trial voucher from FAVE (2 sessions in total), but honestly, I don’t think I want to go for the second session anymore. I’m not sure if it’s because of the trial price, then the service quality didn’t seem to match their usual standard? As I see, their Google reviews are pretty good.

    The mask applied on my face was too watery and kept dripping onto my hair, ears, and even into my eyes. The beautician also didn’t cover my eyes before applying the mask, which most other salons usually do, especially for soft or powder masks.

    On the positive side, they do use quality products that suitable for all skin types. I do like their products. However, the beautician’s skills definitely need improvement.

    Staff’s voices could be heard clearly from inside the facial room, which affected the relaxing and calming environment expected during a facial.

    Lastly, the front desk staff was not very friendly, I didn’t feel welcomed after declining to upgrade to their premium service.

    First time visiting this salon and I wasn’t disappointed. Bought a 2-session facial through FAVE and just had my first treatment. My therapist Stella was skilled and attentive. Felt very relaxed throughout the procedure and my skin felt great after. Best part was, there was no attempt to hardsell any packages. She did inform me of a package of 5 sessions I could consider but at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Products used were as advertised (Sothys Paris) and unlike some other salons which often try to upsell you to “upgrade” using “better” products, there was none of this here. I would gladly return just for this no-pressure experience alone. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience today. Only one thing could be improved – it was rather warm in the treatment room. Not sure if it was centralised airconditioning but it would have been great if it were colder 🙂

    First time try facial at Sothys bedok mall.
    Beautician is experienced and skillful.
    Shoulder massage is good and face looked radiant after the facial.
    Thumbs up for the service.

    Mandy is extremely professional and one of the sweetest aestheticians I’ve ever met ☀️ She shares her wisdom and knowledge about our skin freely & provides a very comfortable facial experience. Extraction was really good too & products great. I highly recommend!

    DO NOT sign a package with Sothy’s. I don’t usually write Google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to how bad it was. Last year, I purchased a lash extension package that was only valid at their Bedok Mall outlet. A year later, their only lash extension technician Grace left, and now they’re asking me to either:
    1. Convert my remaining sessions into a basic facial package, or
    2. Travel to their Kovan outlet to continue my package.

    This is completely unreasonable. I signed up for a lash extension package, not facials—why would I need that? Plus, my package was specifically for the Bedok Mall location. It’s unfair to expect customers to switch outlets just because they lack staff. The company should take responsibility and resolve this properly.

    It was my first time visiting this salon, opted for the brow wax service @$38. Not only was it poorly done, the beautician poured hot wax on one side of my eye and on top of my lash extensions on the other eye. She had to spend quite abit of time scrubbing off the dried wax using oil tugging at my extensions. Some of my lashes at the corner of my eye were yanked out due to this. The brows were not shaped properly either. An overall sloppy job. Will not visit again.

    Jayvan is a very good when it comes to service.
    She treat the customers in a nice way. My experience in is awesome. So I love to come at Bedok branch and always look for Jayvan.
    For me she’s the best when it comes to customer service and so professional！

    I highly recommend Grace from Sothy’s Bedok Mall – she is amazing! Very professional, detailed, and has great product knowledge. She does a great job with facials or lashes. Very happy with her service every single time!

    Tried several lash salons until I found Grace, she is by far the best. She’s very experienced, skilful and meticulous. She also always checks and makes sure her work is perfect before letting me leave the salon. Highly recommended.

    Love the experience with Eileen! She is not pushy and will only recommend items that are suitable for you. She is really meticulous and is willing to advise you what you need as long as you have any queries. I would say her service is superb!

    Have been doing facial & lashes at Sothys for a few years. Grace is really skilled and meticulous. She is very patient and will always recommend products & services that best suit me. She provides professional & excellent service. I would highly recommend her.
