    PART 1 (SPOILER THERES MORE): staff wont even answer my questions on whether procedures im looking for are available. how will i even know if i shld go for a consult if i dont even know whether they hv the equipment? i think they just want me to go for consult to pay the consult fee to find out the treatment i want is not available…

    update 1: So after i posted this review, staff suddenly quoted me a misleadingly low price for nctf and i figured there must be an additional hidden procedure fee (Spoiler: I was right!!) — but they refuse to tell me the hidden procedure fee. see screenshots for them dodging price transparency.

    UPDATE 2: heres the super creepy thing. They quoted me $400+ to $500+ for nctf administration by some needleless method and microneedling BY A THERAPIST. i was shocked, and quickly asked that their treatments are not administered by a DERMATOLOGIST? when the clinic is A DERMATOLOGY CLINIC?! (sounds like those shady korean ghost doctor stuff man)
    then, u see they quickly deleted the msg saying that nctf is administered by a therapist, n clarified that dr yong doesnt inject nctf (btw, if ur a skin booster junkie ud know that nctf is formulated to be injected or via mesotherapy, not meant to be used via microneedling or other non needleless tech). Which rly just screams SUS!!! 🤔

    Thumbs down to staff attitude, poor coordination and unfriendly. Dr Yong talks too much and not straight to the point. Doubtful of her professionalism. There are definitely many equally good, if not better, dermatologists. Not sure why the overrating.

    Bad experience. Don’t book here if your time is valuable. I made an appointment and showed up on time in a busy schedule as a full time working mom. After 45 minutes of sitting in the lobby and not being notified or advised, I asked how long the delay would be and then after another 5-10 minutes the receptionist asked me if I wanted to reschedule since I would not see the doctor. Horrible waste of time!!!

    Dr. Yong is so lovely and so are her nurses and staff. I visited this clinic for a mole removal and everyone was very communicative and friendly. Prices are a little steep of course because this is a private clinic, but insurance will help. Be sure to bring plenty to do if you’re hospitalized for the day because it can be a long wait. The day ward is very comfortable though and includes refreshments so no complaints there. Thank you Dr. Yong and staff!

    This is my first experience at a dermatologist, and I think I have been spoiled. Everyone, from the front desk, to the medical team, to Dr. Yong herself were so courteous, professional and effective. All parties took the time to explain the procedures, and I was never up-sold, or pressured into a procedure. I received Juviderm in my lips and I looked respectable, as requested. I am currently undergoing hair removal, and with one session I have had more success than 8+ months of IPL. I love this practice so much that I am pursuing additional procedures, as I know this is the best dermatologist I will ever encounter.

    My consultation at Dr. Yong’s office was, by far, one of the best medical experiences I’ve had since moving to Singapore. Both she and Mary were as meticulous as they were kind-hearted. I could not recommend her more highly.

    I’ve been seeing Dr Angeline and her lovely staff for the past few months regarding a mole. From the very first call I’ve received the most excellent service, everyone is so friendly and helpful.

    Dr Angeline Yong is a highly intelligent, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly doctor. Patients are in very good hands as she is very thorough in her research, chooses the best options for her patients and yet is very patient in answering patients’ queries. Would highly recommend her to anyone with any dermatological issues as I am confident she will provide the most optimal advice to her patients.

    First consultation w her for myself and son (eczema). She listened to us very intently and gave time to understand our skin issues and problems.
    she also gave detailed explanation and managed to infuse a lot of confidence in me to try Pico laser for my skin concerns. Comfortable to be with. Will review the result of the laser treatment once I start.

    Dr Angeline Yong deserves more than 5 stars, for the exemplary way she handled my elderly Father’s skin cancer removal surgery. Her diagnosis was accurate and her surgical procedures careful and precise. My Father is 90 years old and his skin is very thin, yet he had very little pain during the surgery. He has since fully recovered. My family is very grateful my Father chose to see her. She is experienced, competent, calm and gentle with her hands. We highly recommend her to anyone who might need her services.

    Both my daughters (10 and 11yo) are being treated by Dr Angeline Yong for eczema and other skin issues and I must say that she is one of the most kind, knowledgeable and highly skilled doctors I’ve ever met. The clinic is also fully equipped with an operation theatre and everything so most procedures can be done on the spot in the clinic without having to book a separate OT venue. My children love the experience of visiting AYD (which is rare due to their fear of needles) and Dr Yong’s ability to manage their pain while doing procedures is really quite amazing.

    I was being recommended by a friend to visit Dr Angeline Yong for laser for pigmentation problem. The consultation with Dr Angeline Yong was very thorough and clear, she explained all the expectation of the laser treatment and recommended a customized treatment specific to my concern. She also patiently answered all my question and is not pushy at all, so I would highly recommend this clinic.

    I visited AYD on 14 Feb 2020. Dr Yong was very knowledgeable and identified the different kinds of pigmentation and freckles I have. She came up with a blend of treatment using different lasers to target different concerns in one session. Her detailed explanation and willingness to discuss was reassuring. Noticeable lightening of pigmentation after one week.

    5 star. My 4 year old daughter had a fall with facial cuts and bruises. Dr Angeline Yong fully healed her after 4 visits. No scars. Amazing doctor.

    Dr Yong and her team are very professional n attentive. During consultation, Dr Yong listed the pro n cons of the approach n ensured that i fully clear of what i about to go thru.
    Overall…a very positive experience with AYD! Highly recommended.

    Dr Angeline Yong really treated me well with her expertise, she is precise with her treatment of my skin condition, and even went the extra mile to consult her other colleagues to give me the exact care which was required to help treat the skin infection I am going through.     Great service! Dr Yong was patient enough to go through every procedure with me and I feel it was necessary for first-timer like me, who haven’t been exposed to laser treatment. No hard-selling involved; she will recommend the number of treatment you require according to your condition. The downtime was manageable too! I only had a few bumps that disappeared 2 – 3 hours after the procedure. My skin was glowing the next day and I do see my dark spots lighten.
