    I just had my hair colored and trimmed by stylist, May Chin. She did a great job with my hair. She listened well to my hair woes and came up with good solutions. I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, May!

    Have enjoyed Andrew’s services for many years.
    An Unassuming and humble guy.
    Always enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly conversations.

    The Hair Studio is clean and attractive, decorated with eye pleasing plants.

    Price is competitive.
    No rush as Andrew has timed his appointments to just focus on you alone. Hair is done to my satisfaction too!

    Very poor etiquette and attitude of the hair stylist.
    I went there yesterday to trim my hair. My hair is fair length till shoulders and I told him to trim. The guy disinterestedly started cutting without any interactions or asking further on my preferences. Throughout the process he kept saying ‘nothing to cut’ multiple times. May be these guys dont know the meaning of trimming and importance of the same. He didnt bother to ask me if after the cut how is it or it can be styled. Thankfully I look good even with a bad haircut 🤣 but avoid this salon. Needless to say, rest of the staff or person at the counter didnt bother to greet and chose to keep watching their phones. Very unfriendly ppl in consumer business without any intention to do basic work properly.

    Upfront, it was $48 for a medium-long hair wash & cut. I wish they showed me a menu or something for better credibility.

    Clean, bright and pretty ambiance. The cut wasn’t bad. However, the service and experience was lacking.

    When I arrived, I was asked how much I wanted to cut (I suppose he meant the length). There was no drink offered or pleasantries exchanged. I showed the hairstylist the haircut I wanted, and he very shortly said ok can. I was a bit uneasy with the response, because I was unsure of the hairstyle myself and wanted his expert opinion. So I asked him if the fringe in the picture will suit me and he said it can only be achieved by blow drying. He seemed impatient hence I just agreed to it. There were only 2 other customers there who were finishing up.

    After the haircut, I was ushered to get my hair washed. This was pretty nice, it went for about 10 minutes. After I went back to my seat, I was a given a hot towel on my neck for a few minutes which felt really good. I also noticed snips of my hair still lying on the floor even though there were other staff working and no other customers at that point.

    She continued to blow dry my hair. After some time, the stylist who cut my hair joined in. He was much rougher as he did the blow drying.

    He didn’t really do much adjustments after the blow drying. I guess he assumed I was happy with the cut.

    Overall, for $48, I wish the service was better especially during non-peak hours.

    Was served by May since march 2024. May is a cheerful lady with a big heart. She was a professional hairstylist, my every visit to the salon, I will leave my hair in her hands, she will decide the style for me and everytime the final cut was marvellous. my next move was to convince my daughter back to have May cut her hair after her bad phobia.

    I love the way Andrew does highlights and hair colour because he takes into consideration how you part your hair, the effect of the highlights when you brush your hair to one side or the other. He knows how to listen to what you want to happen but also gives advice based on whats best for you. He doesn’t hard sell yet we bought a lot of packages from them since they opened.

    They don’t encourage you to buy hair products unless you really need it. They are one of the more affordable salons we’ve tried, and gives the most bang for your buck. My daughter went to another salon that specialises on Korean hair colour, but in the end came back to Simply Hair. My husband and son are also loyal customers of Simply Hair. William cuts and colours my husband’s hair, my son gets his haircut from May, and my daughter and I get our hair coloured and cut by Andrew.

    I also recommended my cousin to Andrew & Simply Hair for hair colour and highlights and she was very happy with the results that she ended buying a package on her first visit without any hard selling from staff or encouragement from me.

    If you want to relax and have “me” or pamper time Simply Hair is the best place to have your hair done. Talented hairstylists, great staff, and clean place. Highly recommended!

    Wanted to shed my long locks and try an adventurous permed hairstyle and came back to May. She definitely has the skills and expertise to create a refreshing and delightful hairstyle for me! I am very satisfied.

    She is affable and has a pleasant disposition. We had a great chat and that made the 2.5 hours process an enjoyable one. No stormy silences!

    My go to studio for all my hair needs. Highly recommended if you need rebonding or hair styling. Andrew is an amazing hair stylist and he is very friendly and professional. Been his customer for more than 12 year as he always does an amazing job when rebonding my hair.

    Staff are all super nice, price reasonable and the overall environment is clean and comfy.

    Worst haircut ever, the haircut is uneven to a point where I don’t even know how to ask the hairstylist to correct it. Didn’t pay attention to your opinion and feedback. Just simply providing haircut.
