    Hazel and Miko were very professional and friendly. Miko helped my 4 year old to do kid’s manicure and was very gentle and kind. Hazel was very efficient and friendly as well. 10/10 will return to the salon.

    The ambience of the salon was great too, my child loves the kids chair for doing nails.

    this is my first time doing nails in singapore, i definitely came to the right place!! Hazel did my nails extension and it was expected to be 2 hours but hazel made it felt like it was only 30 minutes ? she is very professional with extensions & painting ! Not to mention, her service is by far the best best best !! will definitely come back for hazel ❤️

    Brought my mother & daughter to experience our 1st pedicure. Hazel, Vicky & Apple attended to us. They were really friendly and meticulous. Really enjoyed the session. Wish the massage lasted longer though. ? Plus point is that they don’t hard sell. Will definitely return to try other services.

    Staff Hazel was very patient and absolutely lovely to talk to! She was so kind and friendly and was such a pleasant person! Constance was also really nice and friendly! Both of them did a really amazing job and I believe they have been nothing but pure bliss to be served by! 10/10 would come again, just for them!

    Apple has done a great job. She has been very patient and know the design of eye lash which suits my facial feature, the price is reasonable too considering the location

    The best manicure/hand spa experience I’ve had, and boy I needed it bad. Very thorough, attentive staff, who don’t sell too hard and are very nice.

    I do wish I was or had a little girl for the junior pedicure stations which are adorable.

    Had a great experience doing my CNY Manicure and Pedicure – thanks to Miko and Vickey and Hazel! Shugar has one of the best colors in town and excellent services – highly recommended.

    Hazel is an experienced and skilled manicurist. I met her five years ago and never looked back since. She is meticulous and highly professional. Her nail art skills are super! Once I started letting her do my manicure, I’ve never felt as satisfied when someone else had to do mine when she wasn’t available. She is sensitive to customers’ preferences and is spot-on when suggesting colours that I’ll like. Very friendly and skillful. I highly recommend Hazel to anyone who wants a professional and beautifully done manicure. 5/5 stars. Best manicurist I’ve met so far.

    Five star service from vickey, hazel and miko. They are so friendly and making sure i feel comfortable and fine throughout the whole session. I did lashes perming and pedi medi. It was an enjoyable session and will definitely go back again!

    WORN CHAIRS, HARDSELLING TACTICS, NOTHING SPECIAL FOR A CHILD EXCEPT SMALLER CHAIRS – Brought my girl for a pedi on Children’s Day. Nothing special for a child tbh though they gave a gift at the end – notebook. IPADs not available for viewing, chairs were torn and worn, lady kept hardselling additional services. The only perk for children was the smaller chairs. Service other than the hardselling was great though but given the state of the chairs and facilities and err the prices, think I’ll stick with my usual nail place at HV next.

    Very straightforwardly – I never said anything was misquoted. I paid a lot more than expected, and for sure way more than my usual salon, cos your girls kept hardselling and I felt pressured. For eg, she asked if I wanted to add on some callus treatment for an additional $80 twice even after I already said no the first time. My other nail salon doesn’t hardsell or suggest additional services, and is able to give me clear smooth heels even without additional treatment.

    Yes your chairs, other than the one adjacent to the kids’ one (also only bothered telling me only on arrival) are in working condition but they are clearly WORN. The chairs simply look like they’ve been there since opening.

    Maybe your IPADs were in working condition, but I tried switching one on and nothing lit up. Plus your girls never offered to switch them on even for my child, so I guess yes I did miss that opportunity.

    To add on then – no organic polishes for kids, just the usual OPI.

    Certainly not the kind of first time pedicure experience I was looking for my child – changing rating now in light of the terrible reply.

    I’ve had an amazing experience at Shugar Prestige thanks to Hazel and Miko. I’ve opted for signature manicure and pedicure with callus removal (incredibly effective!!) and gel pedicure (perfectly done). I have enjoyed every minute of the pampering and would highly recommend. Hazel and Miko were very professional and friendly.

    Pleasure experience at Shugar Prestige. Hazel is very professional and skillful, she gave advice on the design I choose and modified it to best suit me. The nail art she did for me is long lasting and it didn’t not peel off like other place. Definitely will go back again for her service!

    My nails were done by Hazel and I chose this really nice silver colour. She was very nice and good to talk to which made the experience better as I’m usually on my phone whenever I do my nails xx
