    Discovered her salon 3years ago n been with her since then. Impressed with her excellent product knowledge n recommendations targeting to my sensitive n problem skin. She’s very experience and never hard selling, feels very comfortable n relaxed with her. Strongly recommended to everyone, and walk-in like me.

    Rachel has been my beauty therapist for over 10 years since I discovered her salon in 2009.

    I love that Rachel is:

    1. trained by Dermalogica, my fave beauty brand;

    2. Trained and worked in London for 10 years;

    3. Speaks great English (my preferred language of communication)

    4. Honest with her opinions;

    5. Thorough in her cleansing and general handling of my skin, related products and instruments;

    6. Keeps her beauty salon clean, neat and tidy;

    7. Easy-going and never hard-sells any beauty procedure or product; and

    8. Charges very reasonably for her beauty services.

    She is an all-round excellent beauty therapist, even my sister has become a client.

    Always a good experience visiting Rachel. She never hard sells and only recommends what’s best for your skin and within your budget. I’ve been visiting her for more than 10 years – that’s definitely testament to her service.

    I got to know about Rachel’s cosy salon through a friend since 2018 and she’s my go-to therapist ever since. Aside from her affable personality, Rachel is a dedicated therapist who treats all her clients with great care and patience. She also uses dermalogica products which are superb for sensitive, combination skin like mine. Happy to say that my skin condition has improved and stabilised over the years and I feel more confident bare-faced now. Her effective treatment is evident from the fact that my friends whom I had recommended became regulars too. I hope Rachel gains the recognition she deserves and never stops pursuing her passion in the skincare industry.

    I have been going to Rachel for all my facial needs. It is always so comfortable stepping into her space and it smells so good. She is always so gentle and when you add on the gua sha, it is so relaxing. I get it done all at once too with the brow waxing. On top of that, Rachel gives her personalised advise on product usage, my products get “updated” over time and she never up-sells.

    I’ve been going to scrub since 2013.Rachel is honest and doesn’t simply recommend you product and services if you don’t need it . She has great knowledge and skills and also good products ( Dermalogica) so I always recommend her services to my friends and colleagues. I have never been disappointed .

    if i can give 10 stars i would! ?????????? this is the best beauty salon I have been to and i only trust Scrub! i have been a loyal customer of the owner for more than 10 years. professional facial service and no hard selling! ?? my face always feels clean and refreshed. unwilling to go other place for facial. i only trust the owner of Scrub to do anything to my face ??

    Rachel is professional and knowledgeable in facial acne, pigmentation treatment. Her eyebrow waxing skill is also highly recommended.
