    I’ve been with Regina since they were in Raffles Hotel Arcade back in 2012. My first service with them was an underarm IPL. They moved to 100AM and now in Central and I’ve moved with them. I’ve always been happy with their services. The beauticians are always knowledgeable on what’s good for my skin. They’re very friendly and always happy to answer my questions. They always ensure that I’m comfortable during my treatments and explain things in detail. They always bring in new technology for their treatments.

    I enjoyed my experience with Regina through my years at this particular branch since 2013.
    Service has always been good even though the staff changes once every while. I have also recommended regina to my female friends throughout the years due to its service and will continue to do so. 😁

    Angeline has been very pleasant throughout my experience so far at Regina Central outlet. She was really patience explaining the types of packages they have. The SHR treatment were done really quickly as well, they are really efficient at work.

    Though, there is another therapist (wearing mask I can’t tell who) always make little comments about how dry my skin was every session, I have this, I have that, which can be quite irritating. I’m not sure if its a marketing tactic to get you to buy more stuff but I don’t need to be reminded about my skin flaws every session.
