    Good service from Nancy, Anna, Lucy and James. They very professional and helpful regarding treatment for my husband’s hair and I. Thank you so much. Really recommended.

    Do look for Roger, the senior hair stylist. I have been following as his regular for last 5 years from PP, Orchard to Bugis, he has been professional and patient in his work and every customer. His eyes for details,listening ears to your request and passion for perfection are definitely worth your trip. He is friendly and make every visit like meeting a old friend.

    Alan and team are so friendly, they are really lovely people! My hair cut always turns out great and I look forward to chatting with them every time I go over… so glad to be a loyal customer over the years

    Even when you booked appointment, they make you wait at the counter for more than 30minutes.

    After that, they let you sit down and wait for another 1 hour. During the 1 hour, some of the people will come and touch your hair and give nasty comments just to upsell you.

    It’s fine with the upselling as we understand they need to generate sales figure. However, they given wrong information by telling you keratin treatment is a type of rebonding and telling you it can’t straighten your hair.

    We are not first timer towards hair knowledge and we do understand keratin is treatment and not a type of rebonding. They tend to overcharge us and given us wrong information and trying to overcharge us with their wrong info.

    Clients are not your staffs, don’t talk to us like we owe you a living when you made us waited for so long yet gave us lousy customer service and expect us to pay you for your lousy service.

    I would encourage future customers, if you feel you’re being robbed with overpriced, please do not hesitate to stand up and leave. 👍

    Dishonest in pricing . Malicious staff. Spoiled my hair and tried to make excuses . In the end refunded the money but not the GST part and rudely said that they are not obligated to refund the GST when they should.

    Amazing Experience at Reds Hairdressing

    I visited Reds on May 24th for a haircut and treatment service. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the chic and clean ambiance. The receptionist greeted me warmly and offered me a beverage while I waited.

    My stylist, May, was incredibly attentive during the consultation.
    The staff were all professional and courteous, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

    I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for skilled stylists and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning!

    hairwash coupled with a head massage was great! the hairstylist also took his time to curl my hair and was very patient. 10/10 would recommend! 💯💯
