    Ann is very welcoming and friendly. She is very detailed and will check everytime before she cuts be it the length, thickness or shape. I enjoyed letting her cut my hair.

    Went in to this outlet with my husband and there was ‘nobody’ in the salon but she told me I’m not allowed to wait inside and told me to go outside shop if I’m not cutting. Okayyyyyyy.

    They don’t understand the customer’s needs, and the cut is very ugly .I will never patronise this kind of barbershop again. It is not cheap ！

    Ann Chan has been my regular hair cutter for 5 years when she was at Bishan. Now that she has moved to Toa Payoh Central, I go to Toa Payoh Central for my hair cut as I like her personality. She cuts my hair well and knows what style is suitable for me.

    My only wish is that QB could give some discount to loyal customer like me. When I first cut at QB house, it was $10, slowly the price started to increase and it’s now $18. I know price increase is inevitable as all things have gone up. I just hope to have some discount

    I’ve never been disappointed with the results each time I visit! Ann is very knowledgeable about hair styles and often shares tips on how to manage the style or which cuts are more suitable given my hair type and face shape.

    Over the years, I have been going to Ann Chan at QB House for my haircut. The outlet was moved from Bishan to Toa Payoh several months ago. Apart from having a sense of humour, she also has good skills and I always ended up very please with the haircut. Thank you Ann.

    I visited QB House at Toa Payoh with my son for his haircut. While I was still speaking to him, the female staffs became overly eager to get me to leave, even though there were no other customers waiting. They asked me to leave twice within a minute, which felt extremely rude and unnecessary. The customer service was very disappointing—please provide better training for your staff. Also, the $18 charge for women’s haircuts is unreasonable, especially when the time and effort spent are the same as for men. Why is there a gender-based price difference? This feels like blatant discrimination.
