    Very rude and poor service, hairstylist was upset for no reason. Botched my hair cut, didn’t even cut the way I wanted and gave excuses. Do not come here to cut

    All the aunties are very considerate but when it comes to my first experience with a male cutter… not so good.

    First time was few weeks ago with John Tay, not so polite and considerate about his clients. Even cut wrongly. Told me to shut up when i’m not satisfied with what he’s doing. But I gave him another chance.

    Two weeks later i came back and decided to be served by him again. But this time was the worst. The cut was wrong, attitude was unbearable and it was what brought me here to write this review. Even said thank you before i left and he looked at me straight in the face for 10 seconds straight like dead in the face.

    Avoid that guy at all costs! His shifts are usually at the weekends.

    QB HOUSE’s Novena outlet is clean and inviting. The staff is exceedingly friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Serene Lim for her stellar service and warm personality, as always. I would highly recommend this place for a quick and affordable haircut.

    Got my haircut by this lady with yellow/blonde hair. Told her to keep my fringe long and just trim a little to fix the mistake the prev barber did. In the end still cut the same as prev barber.

    However, sides and back were cut nicely. So good job on that. Would be better if fringe was fixed
