    Poor customer service, the shop was totally empty but was not allowed to sit & wait in the shop for my child. The stylist ( older female) should practise some flexibility. Haircut was mediocre and lady was intrusive and chatting loudly. Awful experience

    Great experience at the new QB House at Ng Teng Fong outlet! The space is clean and comfortable.

    A big shout out to Marcus- the stylist. He is meticulous and friendly demeanour made all the difference. Despite the quick service, they took the time to share valuable tips on hair care. Will definitely be back!

    Hair cut was ok but it’s the last time I will come to this outlet. I was cutting my hair, my wife have 3 full heavy bags to carry so she wanted to sit at the sofa of the waiting area. There was nobody waiting, zero and all sofa seats are empty. Enough to sit 4 ppl at least. The hair dresser chased my wife out, saying it’s for waiting customers only. I am the customer and you are getting the business because of me. I believe my family is allowed to sit and wait for the “customer” to finish cutting. Totally understand if there are ppl waiting to cut hair and they deserve to sit but there was zero customers. She don’t even have the sympathy to another female who is holding 3 full bags. The Chinese hair dresser at least said it’s ok but the Philippino hairs dresser insisted my wife leave. I asked why she said the boss coming. Thanks “boss”, I will definitely not come to this place ever again. 14 dollar hair cuts a dime a dozen.

    1 star only for bad attitude. Brought my young son for a brief haircut. Shop was empty, 2 hairdressers on duty, 5 seat bench empty, too. Was told to go for a walk so as to not block the waiting area for customers. Really? I walked right out. No customer for you.

    Came back again and guess what, we managed to get our haircut done by the Master herself, Dion Heng!! SHE usually done ours at Jurong Point. Zen told us about her here, thanks again!! All the best Zen Tea, (was informed that you’re at Vivo now)

    On 17 Oct 2024, brought my elderly mom in wheelchair for haircut. Marcus Ng helped to carry her to the chair and attended to her very professionally, making small talks and was very detailed cutting her hair, making mom feel at home.
    Good service and attentive! Will visit again.
