    Feedback for QB House

    I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Staff did not greet us upon arrival, which immediately gave off an unfriendly impression. A male staff member with blond hair saw us but chose to ignore us, which felt quite dismissive. Eventually, a lady approached us, but her tone was rather rude. We were also told we couldn’t sit inside while waiting, which was surprising and uncomfortable.

    Overall, the customer service was poor and left a negative impression. I hope the staff can be reminded to show more courtesy and professionalism—especially toward foreigners who are working and living in Singapore. A little kindness and clear communication can really make a difference.

    Staff are skilled and knowledgeable especially on school going children’s hair cut. Was kind enough to offer me a seat inside also coz there was nobody in queue at that time. Unlike other nearby barber shops. Good customer service as well. Register as a member to get Yuu points for payment.

    older barber did an awful job on my partners hair. turned his thick and wavy to an absolute hack job, uneven. :/ not recommended unless you want to be bald

    Hairdressers are polite and friendly that makes me feel at home. They are also very professional in their hairstyling and I don’t uncomfortable as I have always sitting still for a haircut since I was little

    Awesome service by Lee. I came here to re-adjust a wrong haircut by another barber. He did a gr8 job. Patience and akillfull. Highly recommended.
