    I can’t recommend Helen enough! I came in with a serious breakout and left feeling like a whole new person. She gave me a fantastic bespoke facial that was not only soothing but incredibly effective—within days, the inflammation was visibly down. Helen really knows her stuff and takes the time to understand your skin’s unique needs.

    She also recommended a facial oil from Odacité that has been a total game-changer for me. My skin feels calmer, more balanced, and just healthier overall. On top of that, her energy is so grounding—it’s like therapy for both your skin and your soul.

    If your skin is crying out for help, Helen is the one to see. Absolute miracle worker!

    My First Timer Organic Facial by Hadley was amazing. The place is serene and calm. Hadley is super friendly, kind and attentive. I love how she balanced between engaging conversation and giving me time to relax during the facial. Needless to say she was really skillful and professional. There was no hard selling at all. Thanks Hadley for the enjoyable and lovely experience!

    I’d like to share a positive review of a recent beauty facial treatment I experienced. The venue exudes a cozy and clean ambiance with a highly comfortable vibe. The massage is skillfully firm, inducing a deep sense of relaxation. Perhaps some pleasant music could further enhance the overall experience.

    Went for a “meridian facial” at Pure tincture at Tras with Hadley. First up – Hadley is really professional and went above and beyond by checking in before the facial and following up after to see how my skin feels. Second up – the location and decor is simply superb and just what I needed to relax. Thirdly – the facial itself was unlike anything I had ever got before! It was intense and rejuvenating and my skin looks years younger than before! They have some really nice packages too, and the lemongrass tea is the cherry on top!

    Disappointing experience despite the many good reviews they have, makes me wonder if those are paid reviews. After the facial there is no significant improvement to my skin. The staff here especially the boss Helen, doesnt really care about customers unless you are a much older client with perhaps more spending power. One of the worst customer service I’ve seen so far

    I had one of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life, the place is like home, very serene and calm. Hadley has been amazing, very kind, attentive, absolutely knows what she is doing. Needless to say but they also use products with the cleanest ingredients. Oh and the massage, divine! Highly recommend this place if you want a good, clean, effective, lifting facial!

    Enjoyed my facial sessions with both Helen and Clarice! Only natural products (no chemicals) were used which felt great on the skin. Environment is relaxing too! Highly recommend!

    Went for their organic facial today and it is seriously the best experience from start to end 💕 I’ve been to a variety of facials before and this is truly the best.

    Hadley is very attentive, patient and meticulous in every step. Her conversation with me is very professional, respectful and friendly. All these are factors that are important in a good facial experience but not many salons can achieve all of the above.

    The team at Pure Tincture also procures organic skincare materials that feel luxurious and gentle on the skin.

    Although their price point is not the lowest, I can see why as the quality of the experience is premium. I would say it’s very reasonable if we were to take into consideration the skillsets of the beautician, the atmosphere of location and the materials used.

    Highly recommend for a good experience.

    I had my first ever facial with Hadley today and it was simply an enjoyable experience. Hadley has such a warm personality which put me at ease. I liked it that she knew when to halt the conversation so that I could relax during the facial. Hadley was thorough in her extractions, knew what she was doing. For sure my face was mildly red after the facial from the extractions since I had never done extractions before , but it quickly normalized in the evening. The highlight for sure was the gua sha and the massage – Hadley was really skillful and the pressure applied was so on point. Finally love it that there was no hard selling at all. I will definitely be a returning customer! Shout out to Hadley for the lovely experience today ❤️

    Another amazing facial at Pure Tincture . The experience was truly rejuvenating and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The esthetician (Helen) was highly skilled, using top-notch products that suited my skin type perfectly.

    What truly set this experience apart was the attention to detail. Soft music, subtle fragrances, and a gentle touch created an environment of pure bliss. The soothing massage during the facial transported me to a state of deep relaxation, melting away stress and tension.

    I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and personalized care I received. I can’t wait to visit again for another wonderful skincare experience!

    As someone who has little experience with facial treatments, i relied on the google reviews and thank goodness for it! Hadley was a joy to be around and her extractions were gentle- didnt feel painful at all unlike my previous experience elsewhere. Feels assuring that hadley has many years of experience too! No hard selling at all too. Thank you!

    I availed of the first timer bespoke organic facial and it was absolutely heavenly! Hadley made sure to address my needs as a tired, new, breastfeeding mom. I walked in feeling clogged and lackluster and left feeling like a whole new person. The whole procedure was relaxing and rejuvenating from start to finish. Hadley was so gentle and took great care to use the right organic products ideal for my current skin condition and answered all my questions. The whole experience was such a treat and I’ll definitely be back for more R&R!

    First time to bring my teenage daughter to do her facial at Pure Tincture. We love the cozy and quiet space. The therapist Hadly was very informative and friendly. She also did follow up my daughter’s skin after the treatment the next day. We’ll be back here again for sure 🙂

    I am a longtime customer for > 10 years now, been with Helen since I was in the middle of uni. It doesn’t feel that long!! Maintenance facials with her always feel kind to skin and a therapeutic treat after work. Not pushy, not stressful.

    In recent years, I am loving the Diamond Rose / Venn / Destination + Machine Waterjet facials. Just did the seasonal Vday Rose facial yesterday ha. Woke up to glowy skin today : )

    Love that I can always discuss what I like / dislike with Helen and explore new blends. Products wise, I’ve seen great results using Organic Pharmacy’s night retinol, Odacite PA + G oil and Evolve Cacao Scrub Mask. Highly recommend!

    I went in for a facial since January this year and I loved it. Hadley was very professional, warm and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great every time.

    I had such a great facial with Helen today. She offers more than a facial! Her nonjudgmental welcoming energy makes you feel at home the moment you step from the busy CBD to the cosy spa. She takes time to understand your skin before starting the facial and also listen to any of your concerns. She has a loving touch which made me feel so relaxed and taken care of during the facial. My skin has been breaking out due to stress, travelling, and not resting enough. My skin felt amazing after the facial. The products feel amazing on the skin and smell so good and natural. After the facial, you are not rushed out but given time to have a cup of tea to not break that relaxed feeling. I had a great conversation with Helen about life after our facial as well. If you’re looking for a wholesome facial experience to pamper not only skin but your soul, look no further 🙂 Thank you Helen!

    I tried microneedling for the first time just over week ago. Because I was a bit nervous, Helen suggested to go “light” on the application. My skin was slightly reddish overnight by looked completely normal the next day. I can feel improvement to the texture of my skin, especially at the side of my cheeks (where there were old scars) and I my forehead and chin is less oily now. I love the results and can’t wait to see further improvement with future treatments! ◡̈
