    I have been a Porcelain customer since 2013 till now because Porcelain believes in solving customers’ skin issues first. My skin has improved tremendously and that is why I continue to get my skin treated by them. Signature has been a very convenient location for me to travel between office, home or even during lunch hours. And I always manage to be at Porcelain on the dot without delaying any back-to-back sessions. Besides that, I am always greeted by the staff at the reception. The only downsides are the cabinets for storing personal belongings are narrow and small, the clothes hanger seems to be a little too high. I am 165cm tall and I find it a little too high. There are not enough seats at the waiting area while waiting to be ushered into the rooms. And the prices are rather steep. Overall, the products and services have proven effective, the staff does not hard-sell its products and services and the company constantly improves its treatments and products through research and developments and trials over the years.

    I was recommended by my family to try Facial treatment at Porcelain. I had a nice experience with the spa thus far. It is clean and well kept. Their therapists are gentle and professional as well.

    I came across Porcelain Skin on social media but have always hesitated to try them out as the prices are on the expensive side. However after various attempts and frustrations due to bout of the acne papules that begin surfacing since 2 years ago, I decided to take the chance and went for a skin analysis and treatment. It has been a few months being at Porcelain Signatures and my therapist, Carmen, is very knowledgeable and offers honest advice on my skin condition and treatment recommendations. She is professional and prioritises her customers’ needs and considerations and does not hard-sell.
    I have also had a great experience with the front desk customer service staff, all of which are friendly and helpful. My most recent encounter was with Syakirah, who was efficient in assisting me with my purchases. She was patient and provided clear explanation of the products and package I was purchasing.
    Overall, service is good and staff are professional. Prices are on the high side but it is worth the investment as the treatments does show results over time.

    I would like to applaud Porcelain Signatures on their professional service recovery.

    Some time ago, I had purchased a facial package that I did not manage to finish utilising due to work commitments as well as in part, the Covid-19 lockdown situation earlier this year.

    After the lockdown, I intended to finish up the remaining sessions of my package. However, when I attempted to book an appointment, I was informed that my package had already expired. This was very abrupt and upsetting news to me, as I was not informed when I signed the package that there was even an expiry and furthermore there was no reminder given to use my sessions before they expired. I humbly requested to be given an extension given the circumstances.

    Initially this request was met with repeated pushbacks and delays as I was constantly promised that management would convene and get back to me but they never did. (Refer to attached screenshot images). It took an entire month (from 02nd to 30th Nov) for management to finally agree to extend my package.

    Despite this ordeal, I would say that the staff who have been corresponding with me have remained professional and done their utmost to perform a more than satisfactory service recovery to restore my faith in the company and the brand. As such, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Fidah, who has patiently addressed my queries throughout the month; Emily, who was my aesthetician today and did such an impressive job that my skin literally went from red and sensitive to glowing glass. She is meticulous to a fault and never failed to kindly explain to me every step and every product used on my face. She even went the extra mile to consider my current skin condition and make necessary adjustments to appropriately treat my skin! ; and lastly Eunice who cashiered my product purchases today after my relaxing facial, a very sweet and bubbly girl who made my day.

    Please see that these 3 staff are rightfully commended for their exemplary work ethic. I look forward to using my new purchase Porcelain products and can’t wait to come back for my next facial session with Emily❣️

    Staff is well versed with their products and treatment. Able to recommend suitable treatment specific to my skin type. Does not hard sell too much. Able to see results and improvement of my skin after visits and using their products

    Porcelain provides high quality facial which I tried last month. I love the Illuminate facial which totally clarified my skin decongested my pores. I was served by Claire who did an excellent job with her professional and warm nature, a highly skilled therapist whom you can totally trust with your face and skin condition.

    Didnt like the atmposhere. Wasn’t relaxing and very noisy like a marketplace. Surprised it was a spa. Facial was average. Just a bit surprised that with extractions you will need to pay a lot for it. Came here as there were good reviews but my experience wasn’t good overall. Also, I waited for close to 20 minutes to start as the beautician was doing 2 customers at once. A bit ridiculous actually but she was nice and apologised. Still would like to thank her for doing my facial. I believe that there are other places that will be able to provide better facial and services with prices that are worth the money.

    I tried here for reduce my dead skin and hydrating treatment. It was 3processing to be done. I am so satisfied and fresh feeling of my face and their products are amazing. Staffs are all very kind as well. I am keen to come back again soon!

    My favourite outlet of Porcelain’s as it’s location is conveniently at Tanjong pagar mrt. Always feel relaxed after entering the space.

    Nice clean and peaceful ambience. Therapists are always neatly groomed, polite, and friendly. No hard selling mos times. Some in-store promotions only visible when you step into the outlet. Appointments are always punctual and service very professional. Top marks! But high end prices are a deterrent.

    Porcelain has helped my skin improve tremendously over the years – from not having the confidence to leave home without concealer to foundation free confidence today. My absolute favourite and I’d highly recommend everyone try their facial treatments & products!

    Always enjoyed my sessions with Porcelain! Staff is not pushy on sales unlike most facial places and I guess they didn’t need to cause I’m sure you’ll get another session with them after the first try out. Highly recommended!
