    Love the facials at Polybeauty(PB) …very personable & first rate professional beauty/wellness services by Cynthia & Qi Qi. PB’s facial & wellness products are top of line including the Sothys & Juvena brands & PB’s own established brand. You are definitely in good hands at Polybeauty whether it be facials, eye resurrection, lash extensions and other wellness services.

    Been with my beautician (Qiqi) for more than 10 years and now we are good friend. They are friendly and professional, whenever I have any skin problem will ask for their help. Their professional skill will never disappoint you.

    Did my lash extensions and lash lift with them for 10 years now. Qiqi is a great beauty therapist. She knows my preferences after asking me some questions. Somehow my lashes last longer than other places’!

    Love their service too. Will send reminders over WhatsApp. And definitely not hard sell at all!

    The place is clean and well kept too.

    Too many reasons why I’m there for a decade hahaha.

    Having been to many facial salons, this is by far the only one that keeps me looking forward to every visit. Their signature facials are tailored to my skin type and condition during my monthly visit. My therapist will also take time to explain to me how I should care for my skin post-facial. And any of us who has visited other beauty salons will definitely meet with pushy sales tactic, but definitely NOT at Polybeauty. The therapists will not hard sell. In all, it’s a very comfortable and homely salon, where you can safely leave your tired/stressed skin to the therapist, and you will leave the salon with a glow and revived skin.

    qiqi is very skilled and knowledgeable in her craft. you can feel safe in her hands to help you with your skin related issues, no matter how weird or difficult they may be. no hard selling, only genuine sharing

    Very professional staffs and very prompt response for their business whatsapp.

    Their signature facial is a must try to unclog and cleanse the skin.

    I booked an eyelash lift three days in advance and reserved my day for it. But I received daily calls and messages thereafter, asking me abt changing my appointment. If there are no available slots, please refrain from accepting bookings.

    Nice ambience and I’m enjoying my facial service very well. And after service I will get a warm cup of tea & small biscuits.

    Qiqi also share with me about many useful tips of skincare. She will always advise what kind of skincare is more suitable for me.

    They have no hard selling of their packages or products.

    Other staff are also very friendly and easy to make appointment via WhatsApp chat.

    They will also remind you when near to date to ensure if you need any rescheduling.

    I did my eye liner tattoos & eye brown resurrection @ Poly Beauty. Cynthia is a perfectionist and she will make sure both treatments inclusive touch up are perfect standards. I am very happy & satisfied after the treatments & told myself should have visit her early. I also like the environment at Japescape Salon, very comfortable and convenient to both driving & taking MRT.

    I appreciate this place because:

    1. High product quality – very satisfied with facial, I’ve not had such a clean nose for a very long time, and face is very moisturised.

    2. Reasonable pricing yet with personalised service

    3. No nonsense of hardsell, hidden costs, guilt-tripping

    And above all, very friendly sincere people despite their long retail hours.

    Milia seeds have been honking me for years till I met Cynthia at Harbourfront.

    Now they shifted to Jadescape.

    Cynthia is professional, friendly, skillful and knowledgeable. She solved my milia seeds problem! Hahaha.

    Awesome facial service, helpful advice and my skin looks much better now.

    Highly recommended!

    Visited Jadescape for facial, the enviroment is cosy and spacious. Beautician 77 is also very professional and friendly, she will explain every process that she is doing and best of all they dont hard sell package

    Qiqi is a very experienced beautician. Will not hardsell. Previously went to their old place in harbour front and happy that they shifted to Jadescape as it’s very near my place.

    Their service staff was very professional in performing their services and the general atmosphere is very comfortable. As a patron, I experienced a “homely” feel when I went there and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.

    I highly recommend for anyone with concerns on their skin to visit Polybeauty for their skincare needs as their business prioritizes quality service and customer care.
