    as usual, always ask u to sign package. i signed one of their basic nail care package, i thought they will stop asking me. but truth is, they still asking me to sign more package with different reason, like nail infection, add on this and that.

    I have a package at this outlet. I feel that they are very very hard selling. I initially went to this outlet as I had a Fave Voucher. I bought a package as initially their service was good. As I kept using the package, they hard sell every single time. Everytime I go they will sell me some package or treatment etc. You can never relax because they will keep try to sell you things. Then the staff will talk amongst themselves in their own language that I never buy and will try to push to convince again. Very bad. The last straw was when I tried to book a session on the month of December and they said had surcharge of $28 or something for even members. I said I have a package there why have surcharge? Then they said okay I lower the surcharge to $18 but you have to pay the normal pedicure pricing of $40plus. Which is absolutely ridiculous! Never going back.

    Very bad. Never trust the original price they quoted you, as later on there will be additional charges, be it gst or some additional services they casually offered to you. It’ll be super expensive (3-4 digit $$$) by the end of the service. Their service is horrible, they’ll say all kinds of bad things about your nails, and they are very pushy. They’ll gathered up as a gang, and make you sign packages because they’ll end up charging you unacceptable price for your original service. Do not go there, see all the reviews of their outlets, majority are bad. I got cheated as I walked in my first time without doing homework, now I’m stuck with their unacceptable packages.

    Bad attitude, they will hard sell you as well. The staffs are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. The service is subpar as well, the staffs are not that skillful. Hai di lao nail staffs are much more skillful and polite. Will never come back.

    Super hard selling! If you don’t buy their package they will bad mouth you.

    They hard sell my mom the fungus treatment, hard sell for like 15-20mins. End up my mom do, one time treatment cost ? 200. Going to end the gel mani pedi session hard sell again 4K package. End up we didn’t get but they bad mouth us. They keep using their own selling language to chop customer.

    Bad working attitude , hard selling. Regretted for doing my nails here . And feel so uneasy thru out.

    Been going to this outlet for a couple of year now. Xuan has been my go-to person since she joined this outlet! She’s really kind and friendly. It’s not painful when she cleans the nails/cuticles and she cleans them thoroughly. Xuan always does a very good job. Thank you.!
