    Very pleasant experience during my session with the lash extensions. Vera, one of the staff working here at Perky Lash Serangoon Nex outlet was really friendly and genuine. Thanks to her, my lashes looked really nice and i would love for her to do my lashes in the future if i ever come down here. Thanks perky lash and Vera 😉 !!

    No idea why this place is rated so highly. I came for a standard lash appointment, had a lash tech that was recommended by name here and somehow managed to leave with the most amateur lashes I’ve ever seen. They looked like poorly stuck on ardell strip lashes that were too short for my eye length – zero blending on the sides – yet overly heavy causing most of the lashes and MY LASHES to fall off within 3 days.

    And they have the audacity to tout a touch up policy at $66 within two weeks?? A good lash set would last you a month at least? It’s very telling that they would offer the ‘promo’ price because they themselves don’t seem to expect their work to last the bare minimum.

    I reached out via WhatsApp to try and see if they could do something about the lashes because I had an important event, but beyond deflecting my honest feedback the only option they gave was to remove the entire set for free. How generous.

    Do not recommend this place unless you want some cheap af, overly exaggerated OL lashes that falls off in a few days.

    Did my lash perm with Yan and it was super well done :”) it was super comfortable and i even fell asleep. i really appreciate that she did not hard sell anything, and that what i paid for was what i got! lashes turned out very nicely and evenly lifted!

    Yan did my brows and eyelash extensions, her service was great and she was really friendly. She guided us patiently on the aftercare and will come back again! Recommended as there is no hardselling ☺️

    Have developed a preference and liking for Vera to do my lashes. She is fast, efficient and her 手工is the best in my personal opinion.

    Always on time, does lashes removal and puts on new set very quickly.

    Perky lash is always on time and punctual. Have been coming here for 2 years. No regrets and intend to keep coming here.

    Even told the upstairs lash/ nail salons that I am not interested in trying their cheaper promos for lashes. Just that happy with Vera and Perkylash ???

    Angel is super fast and gentle at doing the extensions. She also taught me how to wash and care for my lashes daily! Always look for her when I come every month ?

    Did my lash lift with Vera for the first time, she did a veey good good, no red eye or pain and i actually fall asleep. There is no hard selling too.I’m very happy with the result n will definitely come back again for other services.
