    My experience with Pablo Blue was really pleasant. I loved their salt room. It is pretty unique and very relaxing. Went for facial and the beautician was really professional. The whole process is super comfortable I almost fell asleep during it. Service provided was excellent. 100% would recommend you to try~

    Cheryl (I hope i got her name right) was very professional and explained the steps of my purifying facial session all throughout with patience. She told me things I didnt know about my skin as well. No hard selling and it was a very comfortable and unique experience being in the salt room.

    The salt room is pretty cool. I visited few times under good promotion, no hard selling, which is different from a lot of beauty salons.

    I would like to give special compliments to Violet, whose customer service is another level.

    TLDR: RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DID NOT WANT TO UPHOLD VALIDITY OF COMPLIMENTARY APPOINTMENT

    Booked a complimentary appointment

    – got called 2 hours before appointment, was told they are cancelling my appointment as their therapist is on MC

    – did not offer a new date, wanted me to rebook my own appointment which they cancelled, via their website

    – when I requested for her to rebook for me, she say no slot till 1 month later

    – wanted to put me on “wait list”

    – subsequently she realised that my booking is birthday complimentary booking and that the next availability could be outside of redemption period

    – my bday in Sep and she say now Nov already, cannot redeem

    – had an argument with her and her manager on the definition of “2 months from birthday month” which is what is stated on their website for the complimentary appointment redemption – according to them, its birthday month + 1 month

    – manager even said she has had many complimentary birthday redemptions done and knows her t&cs

    – I told her maybe her website is wrong then, someone’s English needs to be fixed

    – she still refused to give me my complimentary appointment

    – manager ended the call with “anyway we’re not doing complimentary appointments anymore”

    The room was filled w salt and it was a great experience. Very relaxing n smoothing for my face and skin. Staff and Service was also great! Definitely worth going!

    Great facial by Eyan! The room was very interesting. It was filled with ‘salt’, to replicate a salt room. We had to remove our shoes and wear feet protectors as we’d be stepping on the ‘salt’. My face doesn’t feel right, itchy or painful after the facial. It felt like the solutions put on my face just made it nicely moisturised and soft. Although there was some slight encouragement of considering their packages, they don’t force once you indicate you aren’t keen and tell you to approach them if you change your mind. Eyan provided alot of tips during my facial too! And advice on what I should do. Overall, 5 stars for the aesthetics of the room. Very different experience from other facials.

    My therapist Joyce is very skillful. I always feel painful during blackhead extraction but Joyce was able to remove my backheads with minimal pain till I slept so well without knowing!

    She is also caring, patient and friendly, not pushing for had selling which I find it comfortable
