    Have a very sensitive scalp. Scalp will be in pain for a few days after every colour works. However, Kenny did a very good job and was no more painful scalp.

    First time visiting the outlet for hair colouring and scalp treatment and was serviced by Lean and Anna. Lean first did a scalp analysis for me to check and explained the condition of my scalp. Had mentioned that I was doing colouring for my upcoming wedding, and had shown Anna photos of the hair colours that I liked. She then recommended me to go with a darker tone of brown which was more suitable for me. She was meticulous in ensuring I was feeling comfortable throughout the hair colour and scalp treatment process. They would recommend subsequent treatment and packages but they will not hard sell. Would recommend everyone to give them a try.

    Hair rebounding and treatment got done at an expensive rate and the results are BAD immediately after first wash. The hair are back to their earlier wavy self. Waste of money.

    I came down to Organic Hair Solutions at Westmall for a hair colour, scalp and Argan oil treatment. I was attended by Angel who did the entire hair process for me and even provided me tips to take care of my hair. I love the way my hair has turned out! I would definitely recommend her as she is very experienced and matched my hair to my skin tone and was aware of my expectations.

    I really recommend Organic Sense salon West Mall . All the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Shoutout to Anna, she was very caring and I really love the service they rendered. I would highly recommend everyone to come to get their hair done.

    The experience was very refreshing. Lynn y consultant was very informative and cared to all my haircare need. My stylist Angel was fabulous , made you feel confident inside out with my new look. I was very satisfied staff is indeed not pushy , so do come to westmall to experience yourself and get a deep cleanse for your hair definitely worth it.

    Had a wonderful experience with Angel who helped me with a hair cut and color for the first time. My hair was in a bad shape from another stylist I was following, as the color had faded and the layers made my ends look dry and thin. Angel was able to give me a cut and color that was much more flattering. Got many complements on my hair! Also Kudos to Lean for helping me with getting a slot despite the busy schedule, advising me also on my hair while at the salon, and recommending great products I can use post hair color. Thank you!!

    renders excellent customer”s services on hair care, hair treament, hair cuts colourong etc. All the staffs are very Professional and attendtive to customers needs and wants and provides best recommendation. Highly recommend best place to go for hair care.

    Angel is a queen hairstylist, super understanding of what i wanted to do. Super kind and friendly understanding and overall a fun person to talk to!
    Lean was very helpful in explaining the best prices and discounts for me and my mom. Very would recommend to come and give it a try!

    I visited the branch at West Mall yesterday evening and I am absolutely in love with the salon’s ambience. I was truly impressed with their service. Dylan did a wonderful job with the color and keratin treatment for my hair. I really appreciate him taking the time to transform my discolored hair into a beautiful, even shade. He was incredibly patient and detailed in his work.

    I also want to extend my thanks to Anna for the great haircut and for assisting with the keratin treatment process. Both Dylan and Anna remained cheerful and professional, even though my treatment took longer than expected, requiring them to work overtime. Their dedication and professionalism really stood out, and I’m very impressed with the service I received.

    Just did root touch up and scalp treatment by hairstylist Kenny. Had been with them for a few years. Kenny is very friendly and did a great job in matching back the same colour as my previous hair color. And lastly, he did a very a nice complimentary perm blowing for me before i leave.

    Wayne , who is my previous hair stylist is outstanding too. This salon has talented stylists and receptionists who never fail to maintain their quality standard

    Recommended for hair scalp treatment and regrowth. They will do a scan of your scalp and advise the appropriate treatment according to the scalp condition on that day. Have seen some results. Staff are all friendly in general and would recommend Kenny for providing lots of hair related knowledge and solutions.

    Always finding new services to try in this salon. Thanks to the operation manager, the team and my hair stylist Kenny, I managed to get my hair smoothen out with a great haircut. The manager, Kenny and team is always providing advice suitable for my hair and face shape, and I really appreciate that.

    Been going to West Mall branch for years now and I must say the service is great especially Kenny who always take good care of my hair. Price is quite reasonable since they are using organic ingredients in their hair treatments. I highly recommend them especially for those looking for organic treatments with a personalized touch.

    The salon has a cozy, relaxing vibe, and the staff provided amazing service. They applied a scalp protector cream before coloring my hair, which made the process very comfortable. Huge thanks to Kenny for the perfect color and hairstyle! Highly recommend!

    I just visited Organic hair growth solutions for a Keratin hair treatment. My stylist, Kenny really took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations.He is really patient and friendly. The salon itself was clean and had a calming, modern vibe. I also found the pricing to be quite reasonable for the quality of service provided.
