      Totally zero ethics for Vivian the outlet manger to suggest to a walk-in customer when he merely asked for my next appointment, yet was told he can buy a package as a apology to me.

      Vivian can simply say no. Then end of conversation. Who are you to decide and meddle in my affairs and even suggest ideas all because of your money minded business strategy. I called on the day of the friend’s purchase and demanded a refund as I know my consumer rights in CASE. Had a call log record of 8 minutes conversation with Vivian herself to request nicely to cancel the package. She said no, but I jolly well know the transaction can be voided. They just lost a long term customer, me, for about 4-5yrs of being with them. Zero ethics and the facials are unlike last time with basic extraction. Now I even have to make special request for therapists to add this in when it is the basic bare minimum of facials. Zero star if there is this option for review!

      Utterly disappointed with the lacklustre service to a paying customer. It became blatantly obvious of the marketing ploys that ONLY engage in – once the customer was hooked onto a lifetime package with them, they have little to no regard for continuing a service that is of a standard to industry benchmarks.

      The incident happened on 8 May, when I was turned down by the front desk assistant, Irene Ng, who had claimed that my appointment was supposed to be for the following week, 15 May. This resulted in me making a wasted trip down, and ended up having to pay for parking for nothing. This ‘mistake’ would not have been possible because I would have recorded the appointment on the spot after my session in March. Her attitude was patronising and sarcastically told me that all appointments would be given reminder messages on the day before. She ended up ‘cancelling’ my 15 May appointment and rescheduled to the following week instead.

      If ONLY aesthetics was not sincere in offering lifetime packages to paying customers, they should not have done so. This is not the first time being on the receiving end of such bad services by ONLY. Whenever I turn up for my appointments, I end up having to wait for a good 15-30 minutes before the actual session starts. While I have always given them the benefit of the doubt, it is hard not to account for these encounters and take them into consideration in evaluating how sincere this place is in doing business with long-term customers.

      Been ONLY Aesthetics dhoby ghaut outlet for hair removal service, result very fast. Staffs all very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!

      Had my onlipulse treatment . I like this effect very much. My pores are obviously reduced and my face is not oily. Thank you very much for their service and attitude at pacific outlet .Highly recommended

      On their FB page they keep boasting and promoting about being one of the best, and their treatments are effective and won’t take many sessions to see results. I give a try and the moment I went for consultation (@ scotts road outlet) the salesperson kept pushing to sign up package and to convert to a more expensive treatment(which also is not the treatment that I’m looking at to target my problem). It was a painful process and my face was red and felt hot like burning internally that I can’t go out(they claim their treatments have no downtime). All in all I feel their advertisement are misleading. I expected professional service for the hefty price paid. Disappointing.
