    ⭐️ Always an amicable and friendly environment to be in. The staff here are skilled and down to earth.

    ⭐️ Always a therapeutic session to come for haircuts and treatments here at NK. Shoutout to Alvin, my hairstylist for always ensuring that I am presentable and giving me cuts that suit the different styles and occasions.

    The backend team that offers treatments and services work really efficiently and ensure that treatments are done properly and deeply for every customer. 👍🏼

    UPDATE: Got a full refund

    Have been going to this salon every year to get my hair done and this will be the last. Service was good but paid $285 and 4 different people worked on my hair at different times with no communication, leading to uneven bleaching and completely wrong hair colour. Went in for dark red-purple highlights and left the place utterly disappointed with almost my whole head dyed in bright pink-orange. Very disappointed with the service and the end product and will definitely not be going back.

    Excellent customer service, good teamwork, prefer my stylist (Angel Chin) for my wash & blow (which most saloons cannot handle my difficult hair).

    Came here with my fried hair ( from another salon) , Joanne and Lising did a perfect job help in helping me to rescue my super fried hair, came for hair rescue first . Subsequent hair color and hair rescue .. thank you !

    Jasper is extremely skilled with the way he cuts hair, additionally giving advice and his personal opinions. He adapts to what the customer wants if the customer is okay with it, listening and asking questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed or wanted. I was extremely happy with the result and will definitely be back for him to cut my hair again.

    Very happy to be able to be served by Hazel, my professional hair stylist. I been with her fir a long time. She is very professional, helpful and kind. Always placed her customer first before herself. Very glad to have know her. Your other staff, Alvin, Jasper, Vivi and Angel.are all very professional too. Very dedicated staff.
