      The session was very comfortable and satisfying. I felt very welcomed by the staff when I first entered and they were very polite. The facial was very detailed and was explained before starting.

      I was surprised as to how detailed the pre-briefing was, getting to see my face up close with the macro camera. I was also very satisfied by the full treatment provided throughout the two hours of facial, which included extraction and mask application. A wholly satisfying experience.

      Rainnie is a very good supervisor, she understands me. Stella, jolene and Yuri are very friendly, funny and enthusiastic people and excellent in both customer service and therapy services. Highly recommended! However, the staffs’ hard selling methods is too much that I can’t accept it. Nonetheless , I really enjoyed my facial treatment session there. I was treated with water bottle and the staffs attended to me were all very nice. ?

      Availed the the 38sgd promo that I found in FB, apparently it was worth 300+sgd, the service was really good, very courteous staff ambiance was great.

      Packages offered after the session was a bit dragging since it felt slightly forced, I needed to elaborate all my reasons for not taking it, I requested for them to recommend skin care products instead. Anyway, I ended up just buying the Active-clear set which was worth 324sgd (with GST), I hope these products are effective on my skin type.

      Overall the experience is still great as the consultants was very patient in discussing treatment options, and genuinely shows concern.

      The ambience and service of counter staff and consultant were good. Rainnie was meticulous throughout the entire facial session and explained my treatment step by step well. She also made extra effort to rearrange my facial session when I cannot make it due to work commitment. Awesome attitude!

      My beauty consultant is very friendly and professional. When she does the massage , the strength she has used is just right . Not too soft and not too hard. It makes me feel relax and comfortable . Kudos to New York skin solutions for having such a excellent staff .

      The services are commendable because the staff provides a personalised service for every individual. As a person with acne problems since the start, New York Skin Solution managed to reduce my red spots in a short period of time.
      Furthermore, as they see more opportunities to help me make my facial skin better, they will encourage me to join for more treatments for better outcome.
      All in all, their service provided is of supreme standard.

      Today session is very comfortable and the environment is very warm and smoothing!! The staff is very friendly and gentle with me when she worked!! It was a very relaxing and good healing time for me I totally rest well the entire time. The product used was also very good and useful! I look forward to the next session~

      I often feel appreciated each time Rainnie handle with my skin problems professionally. She’ll listen patiently and understand what skincare I should need. Despite her busy work, she’ll stay back to spend some time read thru the records thoroughly for the follow-up on the next day appointment. Indeed a very hardworking consultant !!

      During festive seasons, it’s very impressive to see her great ideas and beautiful creativity with passion in decorating reception counter which look much livelier.

      The 3 staff at the counter usually greet custoners with friendly smiles. Also all the consultants are friendly too.

      Rainnie is very friendly and helpful for all of her services. She also gave very good skincare advise that is catered to my skin problems. The rest of the team are also very welcoming and approachable. When there are times when I have to make last minute changes for the appointments, they dealt with it with patience.

      Been going for my facials here since about 2017 and I’ve been receiving nothing but quality sessions. Treatments selected are according to what my skin needs most – hydration, and my consultant Annie also makes sure that my comfort is her priority. Would like to highlight that packages can get quite pricey & I believe the staff have been trained to hardsell/convince you on ways to go about staggering the payments, etc. so be sure you’re only purchasing what you want to.

      I’ve been visiting here for a few years and my friendly consultant Sharon has been very professional in taking care of my skin which is dry and dehydrated. My skin has definitely improved over the years, all thanks to Sharon for her valuable care and guidance.
