    It’s the best here. This branch has never failed me, they are professional and they do massages really well. I’ve been to several branches of the same brand, but this is my favorite branch, so I only go here even if it’s far away.

    여기 최고입니다. 이 지점은 한 번도 실패한 적이 없고, 프로페셔널하고 마사지 진짜 잘합니다. 같은 브랜드 여러 지점 다녀봤지만 여기는 진짜 최애지점이라 멀어도 여기만 다닙니다

    Had a blocked ear and went to do ear digging at Natureland for the first time to help clear the earwax blockage. My therapist was gentle. She constantly checked if I was alright and if the pressure is okay. It was very worth it ??

    I got 60 minutes of tui na, and it was (in a good way) a muscle and bone disintegration experience. I asked if it was possible to add 30 minutes, but it was already full booking later.

    For those who have been walking and sitting for a long time, do 90 minutes. It just hurts a bit. but it’s so cool

    추나(tui na) 60분 받았는데 (좋은 의미로) 근육과 뼈가 해체되는 경험이었네요. 30분 추가 가능하냐고 물었는데 이미 뒤에 풀 부킹이라고 ㅠㅜ)

    오래 걸어다니고, 앉아계셨던 분들 90분 하세요. 다만 좀 아픕니다. 근데 엄청 시원해요

    Orchard Point branch counter customer service person (Bisson) thumbs up to his very good service. He is able to remember my name and which masseur I always love to book. He is very friendly and nice. A very detailed person.

    For body massage I will only look for Linda, and I will always book at least 2 hours session with her. Her skill is freaking amazing and very professional. My body now can’t live without her? if you would like to book her service, you really have to book in advance.

    Thank you again for taking care of me for the past 3 years ☺️ the environment so far is nice and clean

    I try to book via WhatsApp, I’m asking 3 times “do you have slot on tomorrow evening?”

    They never answer right way and asking me same question without read my text and ignore last message. I can’t believe.

    Massage was fine quality.

    Decent massage. Not decent enough to come back and have to deal with the unwelcoming admin staff that acts as if they were doing you a favor.

    Love the services and cleanliness! Had been coming here multiple times for massage with Daisy. Good masseur if you like tai na style / hard pressure massage.

    I had a good body massage yesterday at Natureland Orchard Point. This branch is located right beside OG Orchard.

    The body massage was good and the ambience was nice and cosy.

    I would like to also say a special thanks to the staff at this outlet for helping me keep my phone safely when I misplaced it at the waiting area and another customer returned it to the staff. I also had my bracelet dropped somewhere in the massage room during the massage and I only realised it after I left the place so I called up to enquire about it and thankfully the masseur had found it and passed it to the counter staff, so I returned to collect it. I forgot to ask the masseur name but appreciate her honesty.

    Also I was not asked to sign up for any packages, for which I was really thankful because it always spoils the experience when many spas try to sell you their packages and you have to keep saying no.

    They also have tea and water bottles that you can help yourself to at the waiting area.

    Good experience and would love to go back again some time soon.

    Gary was my masseuse, I told him I sprained my neck, he spent effort to fix it and make sure I was alright before I left.
    Very good customer service.

    Price – decent for such location

    Ambiance – great

    Staff – great

    Massage – great – Gary was my guy. My husband went back two days later, and Gary help fixed his lower back.

    Cleanliness- great
