    This is my 4th visit at Natureland Holland Village the therapist I had for sports massage were Angela, Zie and Gina. They are amazing, I am overwhelmed by how great my body feels after that. 90 mins are gruelling and suffering yet worth it!! My husband’s male therapist was Loius/ Luis. Booking for appointment or walk-in are hassle-free as well. I wish these therapists the best, so thankful and appreciate their skills and knowledge in making people feel relieved of their bodily pain.

    First timer at this chain location. Place is clean, and service friendly.

    Had a reflexology treatment for 60 mins , and calves feel worked while my feet feels about the same. I have tough feet so next time I’ll ask them to dial it up a notch in strength!

    My friend and I went for a massage in the afternoon, was relaxing until there was a loud suction noise suddenly that woke us up. Apparently it was their aircon system that was extracting excess water. Mgmt need to resolve this issue.

    Never go here. Terrible service and lied to me on phone. No flexibility. Go anywhere else but here

    Very therapeutic ambience with excellent scent! Clean and hygienic, and masseur was skillful as well!

    Managed to get the couple room and I love that the environment was quiet and soothing 🙂

    Second time to this outlet and the experience was really disappointing.

    Booking was easy and reception was fine. But it felt as if the two masseuses assigned to us were not trained.

    I could not tell what technique was used, and there is no consistency between what was done on the left and right sides. It felt like she was just spreading the oil over my back most of the time. To be fair, some portions were fine, but the inconsistency left me unable to relax properly.

    My partner’s experience was worse! His masseuse merely applied pressure to certain parts of his body, not the whole body.

    The worst part was the ending, which was so abrupt!!

    Usually the masseuse will help you sit up and finish off with some shoulder massage and give you a few pats on the back to signal the end, but mine just said “ok, finished!”, and left me lying there!

    My partner’s masseuse was worse! She was about to start his head massage, but when she heard my masseuse, she also said the same, and they just left the room!!!

    I don’t remember the first visit to be bad, but this was really appalling!

    Reviews are accurate and having a wonderful experience for 1st timer like me. Booked a body massage for my husband and myself. The therapists are skillful. The strength is good. Having a good impression on a trainee staff Amanda. Attended with a warm smile and carefully explained the package to me. Thank you so much.

    This location used to be reliable. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and have had a variety of massage therapists ranging from good to OK.

    My massage today was clearly done by someone with no formal training. An hour after my massage I started experiencing neck pain. I had to immediately book an appointment to a TCM clinic before the pain could get debilitating. I’m still in pain now.

    The reason I chose to go to Natureland over other massage places is trust that they have standards and they hold their massage therapists to those standards. Today has proven me wrong.

    Please be very careful going here. Something has happened to their standards.

    Edit: updated my rating to 2 stars. A nice Natureland rep reached out to me about my bad session. Still disappointing that such a bad masseuse managed to get hired.

    We had reflexology, 5 in 1 theraphy as well as the body theraphy. The massages were great and the ambiance was calm and peaceful. Our only problem was the communication. We had problem making the staffs understand in English what we really want during the massage.

    Very nice place, very efficient for either phone booking or walk in. I like their open hours so that no worry to take a massage after work late in the evening.

    The room is very organized, and towels are clean from the feeling.

    Most importantly, the masseurs are very good. Tried a few different types, random assigned masseurs, the standard is quite stable, so no worry about that.

    Recommend!

    Have been coming here for body massage since past 2 years. Most staff is skilled and understand how to work on knots and regulate pressure, spa has relaxing ambience. The lady today was quite courteous, was able to converse in English, great massage skills. Thought of getting foot massage first time and regret the decision. Johnny was quite rude & grumpy. He did not have basic knowledge of foot massage. Quite painful, had to keep telling him when to increase & decrease pressure. I was literally praying he doesn’t break my leg. What a waste of my money. Suggest management to teach receiption staff some courtsey & customer service, as this is a well reputed spa. A smile and some nice words will give better customer experience.

    Really professional and fuss free service, with amazing ambience. The massage was firm and helped to untie my knots. Special mention to Walter for the excellent 30min massage.
