    update: i had my removal of gem stones done at another nail salon for the price of $12. if others can provide such affordable and transparent pricing, why cant you do so too. this company’s service recovery really sucks.

    everything is about money in this store.

    i find that they dont put customers first but instead care more about just selling a package and their job is then done. after spending so much on a package plan, i have actually not went back a single time as i find it unreasonable for me to still pay hidden costs each time i drop by. I mean, what is the purpose for purchasing the package then?

    isit reasonable for them to charge me $70 to remove a gel manicure that consists of small gemstones? i could do another complete new set at that price, plus, your chinese staff wasnt very welcoming either. im just utterly disappointed at how low the standards have dropped. just wish i can get my package refunded as i dont intend to patronise there anymore.

    Good experience. Jia Ying is efficient and focused. I like that she doesn’t talk too much during the session.

    Jia Ying from clementi outlet is very friendly and professional. I am always with happy eye lashes every time after she does my lashes for me. ❤️

    Did natural eyelash extensions at this outlet for the first time. My lashes is handled by JY. She’s patient and knowledgeable on her products. Friendly and non-pushy!

    Do note: Prices quoted is not nett. There will be a 8% GST on your services during billing.

    First trial at $68.00 for 60 strands per eye. $88.00 for unlimited strands. $128.00 for 3D/4D lash.

    No follow up touch ups, +$20.00 for removal.

    Overall a pleasant experience at nailtreatz! The staffs in the outlet is welcoming, will patron again.

    This is my first time doing lash extension at this shop however is the best of all! Super love my new eyelashes. JY was very gentle and showed expertise in her craft.

    I love to patronise Clementi outlet and look for Rebecca and Anan le. Both Rebecca and Aman are very friendly and experienced. I always look for rebecca because her medicure skill is good and she is talented in color matching. I feel very ease to have her to service me. I enjoy the combination of having both rebecca and anan around to do my medicure and pedicure as we will have small conversation which make the whole service relaxing and enjoying. Thanks both!

    Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Clementi Mall’s outlet is also comfy and equipment is clean and hygienic. Staff, An An, is meticulous in her service and I’ve been a customer here for the past 5-6 years. Highly recommend her and Clementi Nailz Treats outlet.

    Their usual service was good. Maybe due to festive season, missed out steps are supposed to be done. Therefore 4 stars for this round.

    Good service, staff are all very friendly and helpful! They are very accommodating to requests and are quick and efficient. The environment is very comfortable and clean.

    An An and Li Li Pham have been taking really good care of my nails and done treatments for my hands and feet for some years now. They are both very professional, skillful and patient. They recently prepped me well for my annual company dinner and I received great compliments. Thank you!
