    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Called them prior purchasing fave voucher to ensure I could get a slot on my preferred date. She confirmed availability, told me to purchase the voucher and call her back to give her the voucher ID. And so I did, within 5 mins called her back, she told me “fully booked”!! Only after arguing with her only did she agree to give me the original slot. When I came for my service, the whole salon was empty!!! For about 2 hours I was there, not ONE single customer. So how was it fully booked??! If you don’t want to accept FAVE vouchers then REMOVE YOUR BUSINESS FROM FAVE!! Told me I could do a FREE return soak off in 28 days, NEVER told me I had to book an appt, came today to soak off after getting soaked in the rain, they REFUSED TO DO IT FOR ME, but if I paid $20, they will do!! Reason being, no appointment made!! Stupid est service ever!! RUDE,

    UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! NO WONDER THERE’S NO CUSTOMERS!!

    The worst service ever by An An. When I asked her, she said the treatment is 40 minutes. Ended up, the treatment is only 20 minutes. When I asked, about how come is only 20 minutes, she said, she’s done with all the services already, cut nail, massage, scrub.

    But, the massage was so lame. She just put cream then wash it off. Is that called a massage?

    Don’t ever come to here….wasting for 40 dollar for 20 minutes unworthy service… super lame…

    An An is my mani and pedicurist ever since 2019. She is real professional and I love how An An and her team does my nails and taking care of my hands and feet. I’ve always trusted her with her choice of colors and nail art. ?

    Customer service is excellent, staffs are very friendly. It a little costly but overall is good. Worth paying for it. Will come back again.

    Love the professional and friendly service from the crew. An An is my pedicurist and she is just fabulous! She made sure my nails are in good condition all the time, and place a lot of patience and effort doing them. You know she really cares for her customers, and always wonderful in providing her service. The rest of the crew at the outlet are also really nice and caring. No hard selling. Love this Rivervale Mall outlet crew! Thank you for being so wonderful, especially my pedicurist An An~???

    The manicurists are all well trained. They are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Nailz Palace. Keep up the excellent service! ?

    Very impressed with the service provided at this Rivervale Mall outlet. Came in with a broken nail on a nail bed and An an fixed it.

    An an patiently did a hard gel acrylic nail fix and topped it off beautifully with a new coat. The entire process was efficient and painless and fun. Will definitely visit again

    Not too bad but they kinda pushy with the sales. And they kinda unhappy when I refused to extend my package which has left with last 2 service of mani+pedi

    Had a very very bad experience throughout the whole nails service. Firstly staff was pushy for add on service and nails package. Whenever i reject her, they will mumble in their own native langauage. Secondly, i told the staff not to cut my nails too short but when i realise it , it was done deal. My nails cuticles wasn clean up properly and nails were painted in a rush with gaps between my nails and cuticles which look so unprofesstionally done.

    Next is my sis’s nails, she asked for a lighter pink to match her wedding theme, as the color chosen was quite light hence her manicurist will need to apply 2 to 3 layers but while doing that the manicurist kept mumbling in their own native language which is so rude! When the session is done, my sis found out a strand of paint brush hair stuck at one of her nails. She highlighted to her manicurist but the manicurist just brush her off and walked away! We were so disappointed throughout the whole session and didn had any peace. Wouldn’t recommend anyone for nails here
