    This place is a scam. For a gel pedicure, she charge me $125 when i told them it is expensive and i politely said maybe next time, they started speaking in chinese and waiting for me to leave. As i leave i still thank them for answering my question on pedicure. They ignored me and continue to speak in chinese. I clearly am not their race.

    Had a package there but still got staff very hard sell and rude. I didn’t get her name.

    But thankfully other staff (Emily and Crystal) were nice and friendly. They were very patient and skillful. If you want professional service, just look for them at Jurong Point outlet.

    Had been patronising Nailz Gallery for many years and Lynn was my usual nails therapist who had been been attending to me , she is patient and had very good customer service

    The other therapist like Crystal was friendly as well

    Chanced upon fave deal on this company, called them to book appointment, the first question asked by them was: Do you have member? I told them no, and they straight away rejected me telling me appointment is full. When I question them, how do i sign up for member? They say you need to book appointment first, and out of a sudden they have a slot. Wooo this is how they deal with customer. If you are a fave deal customer they wont bother entertaining you. Saw alot of bad reviews online….

    I was tricked into thinking that they don’t have any expiry date with their package and suddenly they tried to sell me another package or else my existing one will be expired, no consideration of covid lockdown etc, staff can’t speak English so it’s really hard to get them to understand my situation, not everyone,has 300 to burn anytime they always add something and try to sell you more package.

    Staff are super pushy and unprofessional. Bought two nail packages under that pressure. Complained about the inaccurate information posted online last year. And have been procrastinating to go back for a while.

    When I went back today, they said my package has expired and I’ve got 4 more sessions left which got forfeited. Seriously, not even a courtesy call or a reminder text to remind me on this? I don’t think what they are doing deserves a customer’s loyalty.

    Jurong Point outlet. Bought 2 session of gel manicure +classic pedicure in Aug by Fave. Its difficult to make appointment when using Fave vouchers. Slots only available for weekdays use not weekends as the T&C not stated in Fave. Poor quality of gel manicure. Less than 2 weeks the gel started to peel off. So I went back to shop on weekdays late morning to re-touch 3 of the peel off gel nails. I was turned away by the Vietnamese staff say the shop doesn’t provide re-touch service. Fine I told her, to use up my 2nd session instead. Was told appointment full for the day. Its really doesn’t make sense its only 11.30am there are 3 staffs eating,chatting and laughing behind… appointment full, was told to stick to my next appointment which is 20 Sep. It’s way too long to wait with ugly peel off nails.

    ** hard selling on 2nd session didn’t buy not happy.. service chop chop worst than 1st session. Unpleasant experience provided. Never buy from FAVE as is not welcome ?

    Went with the intention of taking a package for Classic Pedi as store was close to workplace. But because I turned down some add-ons, staff was unhappy and did a “slip-shot” work. Unprofessional ? Customer knows what they want. Don’t be pushy and unhappy when we turn down what we don’t need

    Staff were very friendly and professional?? After cleaning my nails, they offered me hot towels which is something that not many nail parlours will offer. They have massage chairs and staff will even massage my hands and legs and apply lotion. My phone was running out of battery and one of the staff let me used her charger which I’m very thankful for her kindness. Overall, I’m very impressed by their service and skills. Definitely worth it!

    Very good service from the manicurists, full of smiles and with good insterest for customers. Good skills as well. I tried many manicure salon but this is now my go to place for nails maintenance!
