Stemming from a passion for great manicures, pedicures and all-rounded nail care, the chain came into existence in 2002 with the mission of providing holistic solutions for nails and beauty. We have since become the go-to solution for nail care with 28 locations all over Singapore. Presently, Nail Palace is home to more than 150 professional nail technicians and on top of that, proudly boasts a vast well of experience spanning close to 20 years.

    I’ve been a customer since 2008 & followed the mgr ICE, stylists AILEEN & PAT to Ps outlet. The trio are super professional, friendly and authentic — no hard sell!
    My nails have been nurtured and maintained in good health with their services all these years. Happy with their service and Nail palace have being able to keep such good staff!!

    I happened to see Nail Palace on my way to the rest room on Level 6 at Plaza Singapura. I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did because I had a very pleasant experience with Aileen (manicurist) and Pat (pedicurist). You can see that they put in a lot of effort in doing their best for me. I left a very happy customer. Good service and genuine warmth.

    Staff (Eliza and Alisa) are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. It was my first time doing a manicure and they did a great job! I really like the colour they recommended as well. Will definitely be back!??

    I got my gel nails done one month before from Nicky , I love the color of course and also I had a very good time getting it. They were very friendly and caring as working. For the pricewise as well as the quality wise, I am more satisfied :))

    The store is clean and the environment is comfortable~ The little sister helped me with it very carefully. The overall experience is good, planting grass and planting grass, next time bring friends together~

    Sharing this on behalf of my mother.

    Tl;dr: they sold a $1.7k package to my mother, and as it was ending they took to pressure tactics to try to sell another package. The experience was so upsetting that she refuses to go back, even though she has value left in the package. Please avoid this outlet and this chain.

    In March 2022 my mother went there, and ended up leaving with package worth over $1.7k. The package included their infamous fungal treatment, and I am not sure how appropriate the treatment even is for her. She has been using the package over the past year, and is almost done with it.
    The last time she went there (January 2023), her package was close to being finished. She was the only customer, and there were two staff, and they kept pressuring her to buy another one, ganging up on her and taking turns trying to convince her. She felt so uncomfortable and distressed by the staff that she refuses to go back, even though there is still unused value in the package.

    I am appalled at the level of customer service and lack of professionalism shown by the staff. I find it a real pity that my mother won’t be able to enjoy the full package because of the behaviour of the staff that sold her the package.

    There’s probably nothing we can do now about the used sessions, so we’ll just take it as a very expensive lesson learned to never come back to this outlet nor this chain ever again.

    Terrible terrible service (not transparent in pricing or use of packages, quick to chase you out of shop even though your nail polish is not yet dry – fastest classic pedicure done in 15 min using a pathetic miniso like small fan to dry your nails that literally cannot dry any polish.) Stay far far away from this place!!!

    Reasonable price, cosy but wish my pedicurist was more attentive.
