    bought a manicure pkg at City Square Mall branch last year in May 2024 and tried to use it yesterday at Grantral Mall Clementi branch.
    I didn’t bring my membership card and so gave the staff my hp # to retrieve my record. they claimed cannot find in the computer. I wrote my hp # big and clear on a piece of paper 966xxx421. They called CSM staff to verify. After waiting for a while, confirmed my record was non-existent except for a hardcopy card for a completed set of 18 manicures which the staff showed.
    Today went to Grantral Clementi Branch again with my membership card. They could retrieve my record. The staff said the hp # I gave yesterday and the hp# on my card is different. I demanded to see the hp# which I wrote down yesterday. Luckily the elderly SG cashier had kept it in the caddy next to her laptop . we placed both the membership card and the piece of paper with the hp # side by side and the staff said it’s the same. Imagine, the staff anyhow said that yesterday’s hp # given by me is different from the hp# on membership card. Luckily I was able to prove my innocence and was vindicated!

    Bottom line: the hp # I provided was CORRECT!

    So why couldn’t the CSM staff find my record when Clementi staff called them yesterday? why couldn’t my record be retrieved yesterday? I left the shop yesterday without getting my nails done despite having a fully paid pkg and readily available staff who could work.

    Terrible co-ordination amongst different branches. Still so manual with paper forms stuffed into files, calling each other on the phone.
    Such a big SME should have centralised computerised system

    The skills is okay, but the staff is problematic. Talk about other customer’s bad infront of customers. Wondering is it all of the customer who went there get scolded like this by them when they left the outlet. They are super hard selling too, feels like if I dont purchase any product or packages from them they wont let me go out from the shop.

    tried the express gel manicure. satified with the service. got selling package, but not so hard selling.

    This could be the worst nail shop I’ve ever been. Every 5-10mins got disturbed by the nail stylists (2 people surrounding you) to promote their items. They won’t give up even after being rejected for many times. Quality of gel nails not there too.

    I don’t know why did i signed up for this even. I spent over $1000 for two packages because of the hard sell. I swear I’ll really never go again after i finish this. I mean the services was okay but making me spend over $1000 on 2 packages is really not worth it. FYI I’m a student and i still holding their packages… (if y’all want to do manicure, go to those shops like bugis or far east, they aren’t that hard sell) Tbh, i really hate it..

    Hated the way she cut my cuticles, even after i told her the way she was pulling my skin was very pain, she ignored me and continued what she was doing. She made me bleed and tore a part of my skin. I also showed her a pic of what i wanted but she gave me a totally different shape. arghhh was soo annoying. Aint coming to this place again. I hated the way she was hard selling to me even though i insisted on purchasing. But the other lady, Julie, was quite gentle. When i told her that it was painful, she brought me to ease and made me feel comfortable before proceeding.

    Girlfriend comes here to do nails.The quality of the work is ok, but the hard selling is quite bad, end up she has packages that she dont use.

    Extreme hard-selling. Very pushy staff. even after repeatedly telling them not to push me, they did not understand and kept pushing. What meant to be $40 service turned out to be $200+. not returning there again. ever.

    Went to city vibe mall at clementi.

    Girls are sweet (eg Yeona ) until you reject their sales pitch of additional services and products.

    I dare not go there again.

    Went to cck mrt branch. Same selling.

    They don’t let up. .., do they?

    Say no to hard sell at Clementi outlet, then was charged S$ 81 for the manicure. It was an enjoyable experiences at all. Wont go there again.

    Super hard selling for EVERY POSSIBLE TREATMENT they have. Despite saying no and saying you won’t buy anything extra … they don’t stop. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
