    No explanation of additional charges for different services. You shall prepare all “no answer” to any suggestions or ask if there are additional charges to avoid surprised bill in the end.

    Final outcome of my pedicure was great, but the limited English and constant add ons that were poorly explained is a big negative in my view. There is not much you can do once the service has been provided except pay for what ended up being a SG$150 pedicure and move on – the most I have ever paid for a pedicure in my life. If you go here, be clear on what you are getting and get them to cost it out for you beforehand.

    Ask the prices for additional services offered to avoid sticker shock at the end

    Value for outcome / results not great

    Wouldn’t go unless no other alternatives

    The worst customer service ever! I called to ask for gel remover service and the lady said ok. When I reached, they were full and totally non apologetic. They just said come another day. Get your act together.
