    Visiting Singapore for my birthday and stopped at Nail Addiction, the Esplanade store and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and attention to detail from Elaine and Zoe. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The best manicure and pedicure EVER!

    Without question, the most rewarding experience I’ve ever had in my life. While I begrudgingly went with my wife to get a manicure and pedicure, I was amazed by the customer service by Zoe and Elaine. Zoe did an impressive job on both, the manicure and pedicure. She was thorough and tender which made me feel so comfortable with this experience. Elaine did an amazing job with wife’s nails and pedicure. She had the difficult challenge of working an existing set of gel nails. My wife was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service by Zoe and Elaine. This is my new “MUST GO” destination every time I come to Singapore.

    Alisa and Zoe were excellent. I would recommend them. Always gives extra attention and goes out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Elaine has great hospitality and makes me feel welcome all the time.

    The best pedicure ever. Catherine was amazing and cleared the dead skin from my entire feet. Very professional! I need new shoes for these new feet of mine 😀

    The staff are always polite and friendly. Service quality is top notch. Even though I live far away, I always take the time to come at least once a month to get my nails done here by the excellent staff. Special shout out to Elaine & Ron who go above and beyond to provide service excellence.
