    Been going to My Cozy Room for five years now and my face has shown marked improvement. I suffer from clogged pores and uneven complexion. Through the treatment, my face is cleaner and brighter. The therapist is able to recommend the suitable products and treatment suitable for my skin type. She also teaches me how to use the products at home for maintenance so I can save on the number of treatments.

    I can’t thank them enough for the care and attention they’ve given to my skin. From the very first session, I felt they genuinely wanted to help me, not just provide a standard facial. I’ve been struggling with fungal acne for a long time and had tried so many ways to get rid of it — even seeing dermatologists and taking medications — but nothing really worked.

    Their experience and knowledge really shine through. Each facial is customized to what my skin actually needs, which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. I also really appreciate that there’s no pressure to commit to big packages that might go unused — they truly focus on results and care first.

    My skin was dry and oily before the facial and I had acne marks on my cheeks area and blackheads on my nose.

    However, after one session of the facial treatment at My Cozy Room, my skin became hydrated and less oily. Also got the glowing effect. My acne marks on my cheeks area are also lightened, not that red and obvious anymore. The blackheads on my nose are also removed during the facial treatment. The extraction was not very painful compared to how other therapists at other facial salons do it.

    I really enjoyed my time at My Cozy Room! What I’m most afraid of is actually the extraction, because I cant tolerate pain but glad to find the BEST 👍🏻 extraction facial in Singapore here in My Cozy Room!

    My cozy room’s Esther and my facialist Jade are very very nice and professional, always trying their best to help me with my skin problems. Jade is very skilled and I really enjoy my sessions with her. ☺️

    I’ve been going to My Cozy Room with facialist Amber, and it’s been such a great experience for my sensitive skin. She’s incredibly gentle yet thorough—especially with acne extractions, which she does with impressive precision and minimal discomfort. Amber is also super attentive; she can tell right away if I’ve switched up my skincare and always offers tailored, helpful advice. Highly recommend My Cozy Room if you want someone who truly understands and cares for your skin.

    I approached Cozy Room for help after many futile attempts to deal with adult acne. The team at Cozy Room is patient and experienced. My skin improved significantly after a few sessions! The products used for each treatment were customised for the skin condition and do not irritate. I will highly recommend cozy room to anyone who needs help to get your glow back 🙂

    I went for the Ultimate Pore Extraction facial and it was a relaxing 2-hour session! The extraction was gentle and I loved the hot stone massage. I fell asleep halfway =p

    I’ve come here for around 2 years now. And I’m really happy with the service and how my skin has improved over time. Their extraction service includes cleaning, extraction, masks and all products are relatively gentle on my skin and don’t break me out.

    Will recommend if you find that extraction at home makes ur skin scar and require professional help.

    Have been here with “my cozy room” for the past 1year+ and I’m loving every moment here! The service is top notch and the staff are friendly and give very good advice to your skin condition. I did the LED session with them, the whole process is very healing and soothing. They are all very professional therapists that take great care of your skin and it is the most painless extraction ever. I have acne-prone skin, oily combination skin. My skin has improved a lot with smaller pores, lesser outbreak and more manageable ever since my session with them. I highly recommend people to come visit.

    I had a disappointing experience at My Cozy Room initially, but I’m happy to update my review after the management took steps to rectify the problem.

    When I first signed up for a trial facial package, it explicitly included treatments for the face, eyes, and neck. However, during my session, only my face was treated, and the promised eye and neck areas were completely skipped. At the time, this was incredibly frustrating, as I felt the service did not align with what I had been promised.

    Nicole reached out personally to apologize and offered to make amends and assured me they were implementing measures to improve communication and service standards moving forward.

    I truly appreciate their effort to turn the situation around and take my feedback seriously. While my experience started on the wrong note, their commitment to service recovery left a much better impression. I hope My Cozy Room continues on this path of improvement, as they clearly have the potential to deliver excellent customer experiences.

    I have had a persistent issue with acne for the past year or so, and I think it’s mainly due to stress. I have tried many different skincare (mainly acids, clay masks etc.) hoping that they will get rid of my texture and stubborn blackheads but none helped and it only got worse.

    Soon i started to pick at my own blackheads myself by trying to pop them but it was quite hard because I can’t really see properly myself, and when I asked my family members to help me it was not easy too because they weren’t sure about the strength to use and I often ended up bleeding 🙁

    And even after i popped out some blackheads they just kept coming back! sometimes even the same spot so i suspect i never cleanly removed their roots

    So after exhausting all types and brands of skincare and trying to remedy it myself, I finally decided to seek help from professional service! I looked around online on lemon8, tiktok, instagram and this really stood out to me because their extraction is exactly what i need! They even have a 50% off for first time customers so it was quite a steal and I decided to just go for it because i’m at my wits ends already

    The entire process was very soothing actually, they made sure i was very comfortable and was very thorough with every single step. I feel like there was around 20 steps?? Which is pretty insane and alot more steps than what i imagined haha i thought just extract and calm the skin or something and thats it but no!! There were many steps before the extraction to make sure my skin is ready and also many steps after the extraction to make sure my skin’s taken care of.

    I’m currently on day 6 post extractions and my skin is definitely smoother, scars are fading real fast thanks to their bekind skincare and i finally see hope on having clear skin again!! really shout out to the lady who did my facial, thank you for being so gentle and thorough at the same time!

    just look at the photos for results haha pictures dont lie! so if you are at your wits ends like me, just try this out

    My Cozy Room is just as the name suggests: cozy and comfortable providing the best skin treatments in a calm and spa like serene environment. I have had treatments from Amber, Jade, Pearl and the techniques have been amazing with visible difference to my skin across the weeks. Step in to 125 Devonshire road and have their amazing manager Esther guide you to take the best package suitable for your skin type. Such an amazing place and such an amazing staff!

    I am very happy with the service at My Cozy Room. Devonshire branch. Currently doing their LED treatment and like how the therapist explained the steps.     I follow up with my cozy room for almost 1 year. My face received very good care from Jake and Esther. Esther always helped me to arrange my appointments promptly and answer my enquires. Jake consultant she always take care my face, I really love her skills to clean my face and massage. Her extraction not painful at all and she also talked to me to relieve my stress. Really enjoyable to talk to her after a long day work. She always gave me good advice and emotional support. The most important thing is no hard sell at all. Highly recommended!

    Been going to My Cozy Room for years now, and even after trying other facials & extractions in Singapore, I still go back to My Cozy Room because they’re just the best at extractions especially. Other places don’t extract as thoroughly as they do and only extract at surface level. I have a lot of congestion and blackheads, but I have always seen drastoc improvements in my skin after consistent sessions at My Cozy Room. Highly recommend!!
