    Been with them for a couple of years and thanks to Lena & Christine for the consistent care. Started from armpits & gradually to other parts of body hair. The treatment depends on your hair thickness, skin tone & condition. I see results to no hair / super thin fine hair.

    Personally, this whole brand is a miss for me. Smart marketing, but definitely not worth the amount of money you spend it on. Purchased a package from Musee, and to my surprise, each session was only 15 shots MAX for both underarms. For me, they didn’t target the entire surface of my underarm throughout my package, only focusing on 1 or 2 areas. Paid $200++ for 10 sessions. Not worth it. Very hardselling too. Japan IPL offers their services per shot which is a way better option and experience.

    Been to so many Musee outlet in Singapore due to house moving and tried few outlets which serviced by different staff. Services provided remains the same, quality is great, and it would be a huge difference by servicing staff.

    Gratefully that I met staff Apple in this outlet who provided great service, friendly and knowledgeable on different products and services. She is the best staff among all (more than 7 staff) I’ve met, very gentle yet professional!

    Service is very good, staffs are very friendly & attentive to your needs. After 2-3 session, i can see a difference in my hair growth in parts that i do hair removal on! Recommended !

    Been a musee customer for years, tried all sorts of hair removal methods but Musee is the only one with visible results! Did v area + underarm today, fast and painless. Still, they constantly check to see if you feel any discomfort. Looking forward to my next session! Thank you for your service.
