    I went to Jean Yip for their 3-session IPL treatment promotion. The beautician Chris was excellent (i really want to compliment her!), and so was the service provided. The environment / treatment room was also very clean. It would have been perfect except for …

    The only feedback i would give is for the sales person, who was following up to get me to sign up for the 10 session full package. As i was still undecided and could not make a decision by session 2, i got an “inpatient look” from the sales lady, who then left the room very hurriedly. The optics of it was not very professional – i can fully understand the need to make a sale (further business from customer) – but in this day and age, no “hard selling” please. It just doesn’t come across well.

    Enjoyed the promotional R6 Customised Face Therapy. Soothing and relaxing and staff was not pushy. She guided me through each step of the process and shared with me on how I can revise my skincare routine to better cater to my skin’s needs. Would recommend my therapist Elise to other customers.

    I don’t usually walk out of a facial session actually thoroughly impressed by its staff. I noted in my forms I am Diabetic and have Dermatitis. Elise was insistent that I avoided certain aspects of the facial. Later, I came out of the facial asking if they had any sugary drinks. She went “are you low on sugar? Oh no…” And sprang right into action tossing mentos into my hands and opening all the mentos packets. I was very very impressed that she knew what to do to help me medically. Most people would scold me for eating sugar as a diabetic. She was also not pushy about me getting a package and in fact was really helpful when I explained my dermatitis so need to wait 3 days before signing on anything. Li Hua was my facial therapist. Great massage skills and generally very observant and detailed. Loved this place. One of the best facials I’ve had so far. Now I just hope I don’t develop allergies to their product

    Been a regular at this place since 6 years ago and all of my experiences so far have been extremely pleasant.

    The experience is personal and professional.

    Joey is a very knowledgeable and skillful beautician. She will adjust the products used based on my skin condition and provide me with useful skincare tips. I am blessed to be under this jean yip beauty team’s care!:)

    Joey and Nelly are very professional and friendly, making me feel at ease in their hands. Li Hua is also very friendly and is a great help.

    I’m glad that I’ve Li Hua as my beautician all these yrs. She is so experienced, professional, dedicated, and always taking care of my skin, and not forgetting to constantly remind me of my skin condition and giving me tips on what kinda product suits my skin and how to improve my skin and as such.

    Rest assured that she is not pushy kind who will hard sell any products or services, but to recommend only whatever that suits your needs. I’ve started off with only eyebrow trimming for many many yrs before I eventually sign up for facial package with Li Hua and during those years, she has not pushed for me to sign up any facial package. I’m confident to say that you will not feel pressured, and only feel relaxed and pampered with Li Hua as your beautician. Highly recommend!!!
