      Terrible terrible,. Firstly, difficult to secure appointment. Then call and ask me to change appointment because beautician on MC. After some negotiations, they keep my appointment. The beautician while doing facial keep on selling me package. I am there to relax but throughout the 1.5 hours, she spent 80% talking about the facial package. Unable to relax even though told her I need to rest. After facial still continues pastels me . Very hard selling!!!

      Poor service. Always asking to buy products and packages or do top up. If you refuse, then they will show black face and ignore you if you ask to make appointments. I saw a staff who did not wash her hands after using the toilet. So disgusting and she was the one who did my massage earlier. Buy package but so difficult to book appointments

      Terrible experience , every single time we go for facial they will try to sell you , either top up cash or deduct a few more sessions of yours . But the worse thing is the machine they use is so old and they tell you is a new machine , then when my friend show me that stupid new machine is sold at $160 in Shopee you feel so scam cause I pay hundred plus for a session !

      Jo she is extremely good skill for facial sculpture, and her works deserves a praise. She really carries herself a truly beautician, not simply just quickly finished facial rotine.

      Lynn is patient and always makes sure that I’m comfortable with the treatment she suggests. Also one of the facial therapists where squeezing blackhead is not painful!

      I enjoys all the services done by Manager Yu Hing at Raffles Place. She is very professional, skilful and always with a friendly & smiling face that brighten my day. She knows all the products & services provided very well and will only recommend the packages that meet your needs. Her technique is excellent and even my daughter compliment alot about her, always looking forward to see her.

      Had a facial performed by Jo whose skills are good and massage strokes are relaxing and assured. Have been a customer with Modern Beauty for many years, first time ever that I had a therapist who was not pushy to hard sell another facial procedure different from my package. IMO, this is the way such businesses should be run. When customers enjoyed the services, they would return on their own accord.

      No better choice than getting Lam for a rejuvenated full body massage!

      Not only will you feel a state of total relaxation your body is going into full activation mode for improved circulation; it is definitely a way for you to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally!

      I would like to compliment Hannah (or Lana in case I had misheard) for her professional services, especially when faced with a first-timer like myself. I went to Modern Beauty by chance for a 90 mins Micro Bubble Facial and was pleasantly surprised by the results of said treatment. Although Hannah did inform me about the various treatments available, there was no hardselling so it remained a generally stress-free process. Most importantly, Hannah made revisions to the facial plan after assessing that my acne-prone skin would benefit more from another treatment. I have seen improvements soon after and would recommend this place, and beautician Hannah, for anyone interested.

      My husband and I (Desmond and Jane) would like to compliment Ms. Ah Lam from Modern Beauty at RB branch.

      She is knowledgeable and professional in her head and body massage. We alway look forward to her massage.

      Unfortunately, the downside of Modern Beauty is the appointment system. It is super difficult to make a facial or massage appointment. The slots are always full regardless how advance one attempt to book at their online app. Not sure whether it is due to too many clients or shortage of staff or a system problem. Sincerely hope they will improve in this area.

      The insulation care is very good. The beautician Hannah is very professional at RB raffles outlet. Hannah is also an athlete. She loves running.
